Heavenly is the god skin and I thought you meant that. Now I see you mean the guild mount one but in red; sorry. : P

Heavenly is not Thundering. Thundering just has lightning effects like the wind drakes; heavenly has a slightly different face, more whiskers, a slightly different palette and consistent glow effects.

Also there is a celestial boss in one of the 5 mans, guessing the Celestial dragon would be a rare drop. (Though it SHOULD be a 150 mount reward imo, because the blue dragonhawks are going to be super easy to get in Pandaria and it would match the celestial dragon pet.)

Until updates clarify we just won't know sadly, Beta is Beta and they keep throwing us weird curveballs. Like first it looked like all of the 5 cloud serpents would be dailies, then some got cherry picked out of the lineup, then they add THUNDERING ones... And we still have no idea where the Heavenlies will come from. Who knows what other surprises are in store before things go live!

The Celestial thing is just a guess since its initial model came out with the celestial human model, and there's a definite Ulduar-like Celestial Titan fight in one of the new instances somewhere. But they could toss it on the pet store for 25 bucks for all we know. xD

Yeah. My first guess was Elegon though, the second was August Celestials. I guess I'll jump back to my first guess which is Elegon, a celestial dragon raid boss in Mogu'Shan Vaults; which is the 'Ulduar-like Celestial Titan Fight'.

Yeah, Elegon is highly likely (barring pet store/mountain o' mounts v.2) because since the August drake has the word Thundering in the title, that implies lightning effects like the guild reward. Also the word August implies summery colors which, imo, leans towards the gold or reddish one. Now watch the Celestial one have a .000001% raid drop...Bah. I do hate those lotto mounts. *on 186 Blue Proto runs and counting*

Ah well, if the August Celestials mount is cool that'll make up for it!

EDIT: Hmm, just noticed its icon is the yellow serpent (IE the Golden). Calling it now, Gold dragon with lightning! ...I hope they change the color of the lightning effects if they do that though, bright blue lightning on gold sounds almost Heart of the Aspects levels of eye searing.

Not yet. but between the massive amount of mounts to be added in MoP and account wide accessibility, 100 will go from being sort of easy to pretty trivial, honestly. Mount fans are clamoring for a higher tier.

Not sure if there will be a 120th mount reward, my guess is at 150 mounts. But only due to prior pattern of getting one at 50 and the next one being at 100. Though I would be happily be surprised if there was one at 120

I think 150 isn't a stretch at all, now with everything BOA.

It still wouldn't be a cakewalk though. On 4.3 while 100 is easy, after about 120 or so your options slowly whittle down to RNG/Raid achievement/TCG mounts. With MoP we're seeing at least a dozen available, which would make 120 comfortable but that still excludes a fairly large chunk of the new mounts from more casual players (challenge mounts, heavenly serpents, whatever they're giving pvpers this time around, etc.)

That's why I think there should be two tiers, 125 and 150. This would make 125 a comfortable but decently challenging accomplishment, and 150 a big achievement without being crazy levels of hardcore like 150 is in live now. Something for both!

I'm sitting at 130 now, with almost no achi mounts, no TCG and a few rare drops (no raid drops). 150 doesn't seem that bad with all the mounts they're adding in MoP to me.

Yeah I would bet 150 myself. XD

I personally feel this is the most likely as the matching companion pet achievement (already on live) gives a baby celestial serpent-dragon. I think Pet Store is the least likely as there's already a purchasable celestial mount and putting up two from the exact same source would just be silly.

I'm crossing my fingers that my procrastination mixed with no love for the X-53 touring rocket will lead to the Heart of the Nightwing RAF mount.

You see, when I first did the RAF it was when the Swift Zhevra was the reward. But since it could only be given to one character and I couldn't decide who to give it to I just let it sit til I decided which character to give it to. Then lo and behold the Zhevra gets retired and replaced by the Touring Rocket which once I saw in-game I had no love for it. So my former zhevra now rocket is just setting waiting to be claimed still.

But seeing as how I haven't claimed the Rocket, hopefully it'll evolve into the Heart of the Nightwing which I will happily give to one of my taurens.
