((A'ight. Last post for the night unless I can get my laptop working.
EDIT, my laptop works, so all's good!))

The Sinistra was getting a bit impatient, which was odd for someone who had been trapped for so many endless centuries. Perhaps it was simply the fact that freedom loomed on the horizon. Whatever it was, it was irritating. She reached out with her mind to the only creature that knew anything about the Mirror, the strange psychic. She knew that someone had already used his mind, and she intended to play on that.
Psychosis... That is your name, yes? You are the one helping free your master?

((At least, I assume she'd know that, seeing as the Soultakers are sort of... intermingled, in a way.))

Lark stopped only momentarily to look back at Asher. "Come on!" she called back at him. "Look at these prints, he had to be at a full out sprint! Stupid, stupid, stupid Arcanine... Leaving us behind!" she scowled, pawing at a track and dashing the snow.

((Aye. I jsut figure they're each informing each other of their plans off-screen. >.> ))

Psychsis' head shot up, his senses flaring out in alarm.
<Don't worry, old friend.> Insins said to Psychosis. <This is one of the others trapped between worlds as I am. She will help us reclaim the Mirror.>
The Remku nodded, relaxing a tiny bit. <Yes, I am helping to free my Master, and you too I suppose...> He still felt weary at this new voice. Unsure if he should trust it completely or not.

Please, be calm. I mean no harm. Your master is not the only one locked up and forgotten here, the Sinistra whispered smoothly. She added a bit of bitterness when she mentioned being locked up, to add to Psychosis' passion to help them.

((Oh, and Buzzard isn't claimed. I intend to play out a small scene with him and Sol at some point, but starting to poke at his mind is perfectly okay!))

Ivika blinked, and then darted after them. She wasn't going to be left behind. She darted full speed to catch up, then looked at the tracks, scowling. "Weird."

---

Satisfied that the absol was down for now, and her bait would be in place, she shook herself and sat down next to Buzzard. "Well. The Dawn know we're officially active again," She remarked. "And it sounds like they're after the same thing we are."

((Mmm. Partially my fault. I'm stupidly impatient, so while most people wouldn't be THAT miffed, I'll be quietly raging cause I'm an impatient idiot. >.>))

((Eh, considering this part is the one we have to slog though at first to get to the super awesome fun times, I probably should have been pushing ahead anyway. Well, hopefully now we can get this thing rolling and drum up some more interest.
I'm also going to assume that characters who aren't here are just simply, well, AFK following. They're along, but not really interacting. Just so that people who come in later don't have to worry about thinking up a reason why they were absent.
And thanks Lupis. If Manga comes back, I'll still probably go with Chomp, but Buzzard will do nicely otherwise.))

Psychosis relaxed, if only a little. Whoever this was, they were in the same situation as his Master. They probably had their own family concerned about them.
<What do you need from me?> He asked the entity.

~

((So, uh, Hoenn maybe? Or perhaps it's own little continent? Not that it really matters I suppose, but a little clarity would be nice hehe.))

Baaz scanned aroudn from atop his rock formation, head head high to the wind and eyes scanning the horizon. There had to be something... Some clue as to where these relics could be... His eyes caught glimpse of some ancient Unown ruins. Unlikely he'd find what he needed there, but it was as good a place to start as any. The Arcanine bounded down to the ground, then started to run towards the ruins.

~

"I'm sure he didn't mean to just leave you like that..." Asher said to Lark as the two moved through the snow. "I mean, maybe he had something on his mind?"

Venin sniffed at the tracks, pawing at them a little. Definately the Arcanine. She couldn't help but wonder what fool quest had set him off now. The moved ahead of Lark and Asher and blasted the ground with a wave of water, sweeping the ground free of snow.

((*Pokes head into thread* YES I LIVE XD But yeah.. Juuust kinda here to clarify the region thing. I'm prettttttty sure they'd be in either Johto or Sinnoh. I'd like to think Johto, but I dunno XD

By the way.. Blame WoW for me and Magna totally disappearing. We've gotten majorly side-tracked with it XD

Also, I'll get around to doing something with my characters soon. Seriously. I swear, I'll post something today! ... Well, I swear I'll do it within the next two days. Feel free to maul me if I totally forget XD))

((I've always thought they were in Sinnoh. Either way, where ever is good for me.))

Ivika scowled slightly as they didn't hear or notice her. Which wasn't a surprise. Shaking her head darkly, she looked down at the tracks, pricked her ears to try and hear the large arcanine. She glanced back at the others vaguely, tail flicking. Doubt pricked her. Even if she had made some friends, did she really belong? They all knew each other, and she was stranger.

"Ivy," She snapped quietly to herself, "You're an idiot." With that, she darted ahead to catch up to Asher and Lark.

((Sinnoh works for me. *nods*
Also, so totally didn't mean to ignore Ivy XD))

Venin looked up, her tail flicking as she made sure eveyone was keeping up. She let the others run ahead, moving only when Ivyka reacher her. The Vaporeon kept pace beside the Leafeon.
"So then, haven't seen you about, although Asher seems to have taken a liking to yo. Who are you?" She asked, watching Ivyka carefully.

((Totally fine, heh. xD))

Ivika paused, tilting her head, "My name is Ivika. Ivy works too, though." She added.

Lark scowled, and continued running forward. "Apparently he had a deathwish on his mind! Leaving without help?"

Buzzard nodded at Solara, frowning. "Probably to keep it from us. For now we should just view it as incentive to find the mirror faster." He looked around, stretching out his wings and shaking them before folding them again. "I could use a quick break though," he added with a grin. "I miss flying over burning cities. What do you say we find a city?"

Simply to know where you are. My own Pokemon family is stranded and lost... They must find you. Then they will help, so we - your master and myself - can return to you. The Sinistra was happy with how this was working out.

((Three tests to study for... and I have a really nasty headache. Sigh...))

Solara grinned, "Sounds like a good plan. Burning things is always fun."

((Eeek! Poor you! ): ))

Buzzard grinned as well, though he suddenly frowned slightly. "Hmm. You can't exactly ride on my back anymore, with the fire. I can still carry you though, if that works, though. Or you could sit on my head." That last part was said with a joking grin. He was looking forward to burning another city.

"Venin," The vaporeon returned with a small nod. "I'm Asher's Mum. You been with the others long?"

"Baaz is pretty strong though. Maybe he didn't want you to get hurt?" Asher replied, begining to feel a little out of breath with all this running.

~

Psychosis thought for a moment, trying to recall the human landmarks.
<We're on the edge of some sort of human port town.> He replied. <I don't know why, but I feel pulled to some place off shore.>

"But... He was making a big deal about the Dusk and the Soultakers. He wanted help and all that." She was still feeling a bit hurt, and that helped her keep running quickly. She would find him!

Thank you, friend. Good luck with your search. Please, be swift. For all of us.

Ivika flicked her tail, "Not really...I found the house through a little bit of luck, really. Everyone seemed nice, and gave me food...Which I really appreciated, cause I was kind of starving. And nice people was sort of new. Most of the times, I got chased out of some grumpy aggron's territory or somethin'. So when the big arcanine asked for help, I figured I'd stay and try to help, to return the favor." She paused, adding hastily, "Of course, if I'm ever a bother to anyone, I can leave."

---

Solara added, "Or I could run along. Either way works." She mentally informed a few Dusk to keep an eye on the absol and to not let him escape, and a few of them moved closer to guard it.

Venin shook her head. "Nah, you're not a bother. I was just curious. As you probably found out, we don't really see many Leafeons here. You must be a fair way from home then?"

~

Baaz slowed down as he entered the ruins, sniffing about on the ground as he moved. He could feel something tug at him gently, something telling him he was close. He looked up to see a nearby mountain, it's side peppered with what appeared to be additional caverns and ruins. Mustering his energy, the Arcanine bounded towards the towering mountain, his paws stangely finding easy purchase as he climbed.

~

<I give my word. I shall release you all as soon as I can.> Psychosis responded, before turning to look at the approaching dark figure. If it took much longer, he would have to set off without it.

(( I'm sort of alive here. I've been put on overnights at work so I'm pretty much dead during the day, example being me sleeping for NINE hours today. Ugh, I'm getting a headache from it. WoW has also taken a big chunk outta be not being here.

That being said...I have no idea what I can do with Arkon or Aeris at the moment. I dunno how much I'd have to read to catch up either so..any chance of an overview, at least for Arkon. Aeris is still by herself so no worries on her. ))
