I got my Palkia's today to. I love that the EB is right next to Starbucks so I can go in to SB and grab a White chocolate mocha and sit and get the events on all my games.

Todays episode, the theme of the three starters

It looks like they might be following the theme of the 3 core classes in RPGs.
1. Chespin becomes Quilladin the Spiny Armour Pokémon AKA WARRIOR CLASS
2. Fennekin becomes Braixen and has a magic wand it pulls out its' arse AKA MAGE CLASS
3. Froakie becomes Frogadier which when I first saw the model I thought it resembled a ninja sort of AKA ROGUE CLASS

...Ok Chespin and Fennekin have stronger evidence then Froakie but I still think that the final evolutions will finish with Chespin becoming an armored knight looking thing, Fennekin looking like a full blown mage, and Froakie looking like some stealthy rogue

So I found a random Pokemon Adventures manga at the library today. It's the first of the 3rd gen stuff it seems. I like how Ruby the boy is the one into the beauty contests and May I mean Sapphire is the one wanting to beat all the gym leaders. Kind of goes against what you'd normally think who would be in what roles.

I've yet to read the bit where Sapphire shows up but the info part at the start says she lives in a cave. That's a bit odd XD

To me it sounds like Froakie might be Water/Flying in the end.

The bubble foam it has looks like a cloud....Frogadier has an Aerodynamic look imo....Frogadier's name (Frog + Bombardier)....and he's known to learn a Flying type move (though the move in question is something frogs are known for...)

At this moment, I am just going to stick with my original plan and start X, get to the point where I can trade pokemon (plus do torchic event) and then on Y I am going to restart the game over and over (and do events) so that ultimately I'll end up with all 3 starters in both games (and an army or torchic...) Then I'll just let my natural selection take over on which starters I'll end up using.

So I decided if I do get a Furfrou I am going to not groom it and keep it its natural dog like look

I thought that too but then I remembered reading if you keep grooming it then you'll unlock different hair styles. More than have been revealed.. And I just..

Well unless one of the styles makes it look like a German Shepard, Rottweiler, or Doberman I don't see myself grooming to unlock lol

Likely I'll wait to see the other designs that can be unlocked before butchering it to look like a slut dog...not a fan of poodle..."designs"

I think he's really adorable being scruffy Bf likes the star cut and his natural scruffiness. I might groom a female once I've seen all the other options

Today at work I was thinking about the legendary "Z" pokemon, since that world tree theory seems to be most popular, and we have the "stage" and the "bird" meaning the Z should be "Snake" like...I pictured a Quetzalcoatl type idea...

I think I may end up going with Chespin after thinking about it, because I must have Clauncher as my water type, and I really like how Pyroar looks and want to use him as my fire type. So for starters, Chespin is probably the only one that would be used. I'm eager to see his final evolution, though. Well, all of them, actually.

Preordered one of those 3DS XL exclusives, pretty excited (getting the red one). My first 3DS, with Y being my first game for it.

Wow, that's extremely lucky!!! Those Pikachu ones are selling for butt-loads on ebay and amazon. This is the one I'd love to have, but it'll probably never come to America. So, I bought red instead.

So I found all my old Pokemon toys today. Makes me feel old. I found my Mankey and Primeape toys the very first ever Pokemon toys I got. I remember getting them for my birthday. So I googled them and man 1999? So my 9th Birthday


wait..... It was that two pack or the Sandshrew and Sandslash one. Or was it both? XD Look I'm 23 and 1999 was a long time ago



Anywho it got me thinking that there is not any good figures of trainers and stuff! We got all those D-arts ones of Pokemon why not trainers/gym leaders etc? I'd love a poseable trainer to pose with my Pokemon toys XD Like a figure for each playable trainer from the games or something. If I had to suggest a company to do them I'd say Figma as they make really good figures!

I mean the fan made Figmas look neat and the real ones I'd say would be way better!
