Very minor tidbit regarding mega evolution: Mega evolved pokemon are limited to 1 per trainer. So no full teams of em...you gotta decide which one you're using for that fight.

I can understand perfectly why they did that. That's what I would of done.

working on trying to breed a shiny eevee with no cheats what so ever only a ditto and a magby with flame body to help hatch them faster.they are giveing me lots of eggs 1 pc is nearly full of lvl 1 eevees.wish me luck on my shiny eevee breeding.

Oof, good luck, HunterFTW! I tried only once to get a shiny, that being shiny Ho-Oh. Gave up after about two weeks of constant reseting- ended up just making a new team and saying "eff it".

so far my only question is not how many eggs it will take for a shiny but what to do with all th baby eeves feel bad for them in my pc and no one in my family plays it so can't give them eevees for the evoltuions.

I really can't be stuffed doing the whole shiny farming. I think I'd like a shiny more if I stumbled on it.

Ug, I wish you much luck on getting a shiny. Never tried farming for one...cause...well, in all the years I've played since the original Blue and Red...I've NEVER seen a single shiny minus the events and red gyrados. So yeah, I just flat out don't care about shinies lol.

I cant find the pics atm but I saw two "leaks" on tumblr. They looked as if there was a new ferret Pokémon. Then theres another that looks as if it could be the final evolution of Froakie. Like it has a pink scarf around its neck and seems very ninja-ish. I cant find either pic though.. GRR!!!

My fellow Americans...you can get your Shiny Giratina at Gamestop now. You have until Oct 20. This event marks the end of 5th gen.

i am pumped.x and y have done it they have finaly gotten me back into pokemon to the point where i have been on my ds instead of wow.so i am so exsited.MEGA CHARIZARD!

As much as I love surprises, I hope they at least release the final forms of the starters before the game's release day

I'm so happy. The wait has been killing me and I don't have the spare money for WoW at the moment so I've been deprived *eye twitches* and this will make me forget about it (and hopefully relieve some stress from college) I CAN'T WAIT!

News:

Due to a mishap in Canada involving at least one or two stores (possibly in Italy too) selling X and Y today, a cease and desist has been issued to sites like Serebii and Bulbapedia, preventing the sharing of information that would be gained from these early purchases. We must wait till the 12th and get the games to get the rest of the info...as well as any officially released info.

A few X/Y related things will be appearing during tomorrow's special 'Pokemon: The Origin' special.
