Spent ALL MY GEMS to scatter a dragon (the only one with the genes/breed I wanted) because she had a gray primary. Got... this.

*crai* I am totally out of gems to buy another and the ones on the AH are so overpriced I'm not gonna waste the money (200k? UM NO.)

She was Magenta/Brown/Seafoam before this last scatter. Like I said...neapolitan. XD (Chocolate/strawberry/pistachio) When I got her, she was...um. Coal/Rust/something I don't remember.

I'm kind of annoyed.. I order a graphic from someone on Christmas.
they had example. they looked very nice.. well it took them until now to make it.
and it looks rushed. it doesn't look anything like the example and that's the only reason i wanted it..
i'm not going to whine to them about. i just said thanks and paid.

but i still felt like... saying something.... it just was a little disappointing .

If it's not too late, I'd send them a message and be like "by the way, this looks nothing like the example we agreed upon. I appreciate you got this done, but is there anything we can do about that?"

<sob> I saw a pretty Nocturne girl on the AH whose colors I thought looked nice on her, who also had an interesting range of colors with my boy (possibility of some eye-burners, but possibility of some very pretty combinations too). I was 15k short, so I gathered up as much as I could... one of my auctions sold and I went to buy her, but she had already either sold or expired. Siiiiigh. Hope the latter and that she'll be back soon.

Edit: But all is well! I bought a cheaper girl for the potential for far worse eye-burners.... and the potential for Halloween Noccies. Tehehehe... Now to save up to gene her, ahhh.

222 familiars.. not enough dragons to stick them on... this bugs me emmensly.. i dont bond with my familiars every day because of this. I wish i could bond with them via the Bestiary

If for any reason any of you hate me for the luck I've had thus far, you'll be pleased to know that I've had nothing but shit on my other account. In the first couple of days I did manage to get one egg from dug up chests but since then chests have been scarce. Since I decided to give away (at least most of) what I have on my main account I wanted some spares to keep for myself, so with there being only 1 day left I jumped Iren into the coli.

Except I'd given away my coli team when I abandoned it previously. Cue all the trepidation of levelling a new team and general coliseum bullshit. My team has been knocked out by bugs and crits so often that I've almost run out of food and so far only looted 25 freaking chests to show for it.

It'd be nice if it was possible to mass bond with already awakened familiars.

OH MY GOSH! I know right! I have way more familiars in my horde than I have dragons. I gave up trying to bond with them at this point.

Nothing but love for you but I must say. I am jealous of others who've had such amazing luck in getting shit I've been grinding hardcore since the start of this event. Today the coli /gathering has been bitches and I've had VERY few chests drop. Granted I was in the kelp beds BUT STILL.

Speaking of the Kelp Beds. F^&K THAT PLACE. Sorry but that place had put me through the ringer today. I had my mage /healer dragon at level 24 and decided TODAY she hits 25. I've had more Mantarune "bosses" spawn while in there then chests!!!! I thought those bastards were supposed to be RARE spawns!! Not "lets spawn every other match and nearly decimate Zed's team spawns!" Are you kidding me! They spawned so much while I was in there I have 14 of their trinket drops which DID NOT drop every match against them. The only beauty to them spawning is IF you win the bout at full victory chain bonus if was giving me some 3600+ experience. Had Humaya not been a healer there's no way they would have survived. The Wave Sweeper (?, the green one) seems less strong than the blue Mantarune. But they will still mess you up. Heaven forbid you encounter one while leveling exalts in there.

And this isn't so much of a rant as it is a /facepalm sort of thing. Like so many others I am snatching up certain Nocturnes like mad. Even to the point of buying them then getting IMMEDIATE buyers remorse and wondering what I was thinking. Take this gorgeous little boy for example.

I have a horrible horrible love for blood and maroon as a primary and secondary. Hist tertiary actually isn't bad (sand). But I have my Casanova boy who is blood iridescent, chocolate shimmer and black basic. I don't technically NEED the new blood boy. At least I kinda got him for a steal. But ................... one more little meat eater to mooch off me. Should throw his scaly butt into the coliseum. Make him earn his keep. He is now dragon #4 (2 nocs, 2 other breeds) that I've bought for seemingly no reason or need. *sigh*
