I think they're kinda creepy/cute. The eyes are a little too big for me though. You can shrink the eye size, but they're still pretty big. I would use the face, but I'm very particular about how my character's appearance matches his or her personality. It's hard to explain. It's like only a certain look will do for how I envision my character's overall being. ^.^ I could see maybe using it for a very small, nymph-like sylvari. Or is it sylph? I think it's nymph.

*shudder* It's just so ugly to me, like it makes no sense. the males look like voldemort and the females look like they got so high their noses disappeared.

I only have a couple tonight.
After I re-designed her, her eye color changed to blue when ANet fixed the colors. They gave me a replacement kit, so I was able to correct them. But now they go with her look much more; the previous eye color I chose (because they were all borked up and the names were wrong) was some kind of salmon color. Now they're orange/brown. I just absolutely love how she looks now!
This bear is adorable, I love him! He's a great tank, too! Also, I bought some town clothing for Sevryn. I guess they discontinued it, so I bought it before it was gone. I got him some khaki shorts, a leather hoodie vest and some sunglasses.
Oh, and also, I'm a huge geek but I created Annalise, from the story I was writing about Sevryn. She went from being a secondary character to almost a main character herself. I grew fond of telling her tale from her point of view in the story, and the more I got to know her and her thoughts, the more I liked her. I was going to eventually write about her finding out she had a guardian's calling, but didn't quite get that far in the story. Still, it's in my head, so that's good enough. Sadly, I deleted Ulfric to make room, but I like Annalise much more. It's neat seeing a character come to life, so to speak. Unfortunately, some of the in-game story elements don't really go with what I was writing for her in her story, but that's okay. I know what I want her story to be, and that's what matters. So now I have both Sevryn and his woman! ^.^ *tucks nerd away again*

Here's Annalise, the character I mentioned in the last post. I'm very pleased that I was able to make her how I imagined and described her in my story.
And dang it - I've been saying (outside this forum so as not to offend) how much I can't stand asura. They're egotistical, condescending, arrogant little cretins, and have that know-it-all attitude that I have such a hard time dealing with in other people IRL. However, I've been wanting to make an elementalist, but so far the sylvari, human and norn races haven't really stuck. I was messing around with character creation again tonight (try to hide your shock), and for whatever reason decided to dink with male asura rather than female. So, I made this short, wrinkled old little thing named Morttz and, despite myself, have already grown fond of him and I've barely gotten started. He's a codgery fellow that's stuck in his ways. *sigh* Dagnabbit. I really didn't want to make an asura.

So um...I've been playing way too much lately, in case you couldn't tell.

Only a couple pics for tonight, though!
Annalise telling a slacking miner to get back to work!
This firefly had the hugest, cutest eyes!
P.S. Vephriel and others, ya'll need to start playing GW2 again! I miss all the wonderful character/scenery/etc. screen shots! Sometimes it feels like I'm the only one playing this game.

I know there are a couple that still play, but I looked through all 27 pages of screen shots last night and it made me sad for some reason. I'm weird.

Saamid...like a boss! He looks awesome in that outfit!
And I would love to know how that other asura got the dual-colored eyes. That's really cool! And yeah, that last pic is awesome. Yakez is such a bad little asura. :3

Both Yakez and the other crazy-eye asura with him are using the demon mask you can select when you make a necromancer. The color of the eyes depends on the face you use (that other asura is using one of the new faces) and what colors your eyes are.

Yay! Congrats!!! I'm slow, too.

Wassa looks different - did you change her appearance? Well, whether you did or not, I like how she looks. The colors go very well together! ^.^

I reached level 35 tonight, and was faced with a predicament (of my own doing, naturally): should I buy the level 35 cultural armor (about 3g for the whole set), or should I make my own and transmute it? Both had their pros and cons. The pros for the cultural is that they look good, and I could just buy it and be done with it. The con was that it would cost a lot of money, and I only had about 3g70s to spend. Making my own, on the other hand, would be quite a bit cheaper, but I was tired of the bland scale appearance and therefore would have to transmute it. I didn't have enough stones, nor did I have a set to transmute to.
My wallet was looking a little emaciated, so I decided to go the latter route. I finished all of Kessex Hills, 1) for the completion achievement and more transmute stones, and 2) there was a set of armor from the Seraph and guard karma vendors that I could transmute. It meant spending the evening running around doing heart quests, but in the end I felt it was worth it, since I still have money to play with.
The set I used to transmute isn't one I'd normally go for on Annalise, but it'll do for now. I'm not really into the skin-baring armor on her, as she's a little more demure in character. But, it's shiny, it's different, and it's much better than the boring ol' scale crap I was wearing before. So, here it is!
A somewhat closer view.....
Just a cute pose.....
The character selection screen shows the colors a little better, since sometimes in-game pics have odd lighting.....

Me again! Tonight, I just spent most of the evening traveling on Sevryn. I didn't fully explore every zone, as I was "on the hunt" for a very specific moa. Apparently I've only got about six pets, as there are two that I use the most, so therefore I never bothered to get more. I figured, I'm level 66 now, I think it's time to get some more pets.

Anyway! I really like the look of the white moa, so I took a very long trip to find it. I named her Journey, since that's what it took to find her. She was the only one in the area, and yes, she's a she.
Also, I change Sevryn's coat every other day, it seems. I decided to use my transmutation stones on some fancy new coat I got as a quest reward, and then immediately regretted it. It was so poofy when he ran, it drove me nuts! I don't like bulky gear on him. Anyway, I got the completion achievement for Hoelbrak (sp?) to get three new stones, and bought the Swindler coat and some basic leather shoulders. It's one of my favorite looks on him, even though it's one of the earliest coats you can get (level 14+, I wanna say). And where I used to dye his stuff green, I've now become fond of grays and blues on him. He's so handsome. :3
It can be hard to get a decent shot of pets sometimes, but I think she's very pretty! She has these neat pinkish-red eyes that really shine in the light (not so much here).
*sigh*... So cute.....

there are a ton of fantastic ones but those two grabbed me since I'm a certified dragon nut
Aand . my asura Vinnah with her good friend Gideon .... I don't think I could have found a better companion for her if I tried
