Man Mark of the Ninja is an awesome game and one of the best stealth games I've played (I'd say maybe 3rd? Thief 2 being 1 and Batman AA being 2) but man I sure do suck at being a stealthy ninja

So over this indonesia hates us thing. I made a comment about maybe we should bouycott Bali till they stop burning our flag and stuff and the response i get? "how dare they do what they want in their own country!" FFS if we burnt their flag here, can you imagine how much shit would hit the fan? How is it ok for one place to do these things but not another? They do realise how much aid and money we pump into that country right?

And ofcourse this has been going on for a long time, the PM didn't set this up after being in office all of 5 mins? Why the hell should he apologise! Indonesia didn't apologise for spying on us in 99 (short memories maybe?) and did we care? no. Did America care when europe went ape over them spying? no.

Just another reason to quit Facebook i guess...

I got another Elder Scroll beta invite a few days ago for today. I was so excited! I still am excited!
However.. I forgot to do one thing and now it has a chance of keeping me from playing.
I forgot to update it.. I have been waiting now for 30 minutes and the patch is only at 3%. 10292 MB remaining to go at 2.80 MB/s
UUUUGH. I am not going to get this done by 3 ;.; And if I miss this, it knocks down my chance of getting picked again.

But I doubt I'm even going to play it now. I first signed up for that beta long before they had much information on the game, but now knowing I'll have to buy the game and THEN pay a subscription fee every month? I recently quit WoW because a lot of the people I knew playing it left, and I got bored. I honestly couldn't justify the cost any more, and with college and some financial issues going on, I'd rather not have to pay. And now the game I'm interested in is going to cost me 75 dollars just to start up, and I didn't know too many interested people to begin with. I'm not too keen on a game that I'll have to pay three quarters of a hundred bucks for to only play it for maybe a month because without a group of people I can play with I know I'm going to quickly lose interest... And unlike some other games, where I know that if I want to I can just jump back in at some future point, for this one I'll have to start paying them money again to play.

Glad to see I'm not the only one to quit WoW recently due to lack of interest/finance. I *could* afford it if I really wanted to, but it doesn't feel worth it and I'd rather use that £9 on something else. These character model updates have really made me happy though and I'm going to try to get myself back into it before the next expansion. I just... I don't have much interest but I really want to have interest, you know? >.<

Taking the bus to work is horrible in the winter.

Everything was delayed today because of the weather, so I was 30 minutes late for work and had to stand outside far longer than usual, then walk 3 blocks in knee deep snow.

I can't feel my fingers at all right now, and I'll have to stay late tonight.

I hate my brother. He promised me the fey drake when it would come out for a late birthday present. When it came out he said he never promised me anything at all. He lead me to believe that I would get this for DAYS after the devs said at blizzcon it would be the next pay mount.

I really really wanted this mount and he knew it was important to me. He got himself one just to mock me and still plays that "I already got you a birthday gift" Yea...3 days old Halloween candy was the best gift ever...and it came with a plastic ring.

I was wanting this ever since it was data mined and he knew that...

I wish I could feel excitement for my birthday. Maybe it's because my birthday was never a big deal (one year my parents only gave me a lunch box, so, as you can see, my birthday has never really been a time for celebration)

My RL friends forget about my birthday all the time, and I make sure that their's is top priority when the time comes around (only one of my RL friends have said Happy Birthday, not including my friends at work who have only been my friends for a few months while my other friends have been my friends for about 10yrs)

It also sucks that I just blew $231 on a Limited Edition Legend of Zelda 3DS XL for my bf (I make minimum wage, so 231 is a big dent in my savings) the day before my birthday, and my boyfriend turns around and says that he wasn't able to get me much for my birthday. I don't mean to sound selfish or anything, but it just sucks to think that I spent so much on him THE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY and I get basically nothing.

I scratch out the notion that I want to feel excitement on my birthday.Instead, I want to feel like people care about me and I want to actually be happy on my birthday

My mums neighbour is at it again...chicken shit of a man!!! She so upset she's going to put up a fence with the money she saved for other renovations...I feel so bad I can't do anything for her It took her ages to save that money and now she has to spend it on a fence cause her fuckwit of a neighbour doesn't understand that sweeping your shit onto other ppls property is not on!

Argh, it'd been ages since my last migraine so I almost stopped worrying about them and then boom- as soon as I'm going to be going out with friends for dinner and a movie (as in a birthday get together, not a date), instantly I get a migraine.

How come some of the blogs I follow on Tumblr don't show up on my dash when they post something? O.o

GAH!!! Panic!! Clearing out my notices on DA when I stumbled across a design I'd won, and the Due date to "claim" it is coming up fast!! Some how it got completely missed in my notes!! ...yeah, going from feeling great about having no more time limit stuff to OMG ITS DUE!!!! Guess I'll be working on THAT pretty quick!
Then I still have a special request image that needs more attention ^^; I feel bad making the person wait so long for it
