Pumpkaboo disappoints sadly, but I like Skelp.

I am facepalming a million times at Gourgeist's name... Just. Ermagerd. Dying.
I honestly don't know what to make of the design either... I think I'm a little creeped out but also trying to figure out exactly what it's supposed to be in the first place. So far I have woman, a character that could be from a really messed up anime with hair for weapons and maybe a second pair of arms/hands, a pumpkin, a butternut squash, and if you imagine the curly hair at the top as a wick, another candle inspired pokemon

OH WOW!!! I LOVE Skrelps final Evolution!!! So pretty!!! Definitly based off of a leafy sea dragon!
Pumpkin one is about what I would have guessed. Flabebe's final evo is pretty, I wonder if its color is dependent upon the color of the flower it has when caught... That ice block one is interesting...Ahhh, a sword/shield/sheath thing, interesting...

Oh man I wasn't sure what to think at first but now I'm cool with it. I wonder if it has multiple forms like Giratina and Deoxys...

So coming back to see these new Pokemon and I'm not as in love with Pumkaboos evolved form as I am with the first. I LOVE both Claucher and Skrelps evolved forms and will definitely be looking for someone to trade me a Skrelp (getting X. Xerenas <3). Possibly trade me that perfume Pokemon whose name escapes me, too. Flabebe's final from is pretty cool, and I also kinda like the iceberg Pokemon. As for Aegislash, I prefer Honedge but it's really not all that bad.

Inkay seems to evolve into Malamar when you flip your 3DS (or 2DS) upside down.
Eevee evolves into Sylveon when its Pokemon-Amie Happiness (different from the happiness needed for Espeon) is maxxed (unconfirmed)

Pokémon toys and plushies also being released worldwide all at once! I hope the Pokémon GAME launch event I'm going to on Friday night has them. <3 I would give my soul for that "18 Fennekin plushie!

Seems to be a strong chance of less than 100 new pokemon this gen
Sylveon appears to be the only evolution of a past gen pokemon.
At this time...Noivern remains undiscovered in-game.
Diggersby is confirmed Normal/Ground

So far rather disappointed with a whole bunch of the leaked ones. Even some of the new megas look LOL. (Gyarados...)

I agree with you Snowy, so far I've been dissapointed (I don't remember ever being this dissapointed over gen 5) but that could change. I do love the legendaries so far of this gen, Noivern, most of the Mega evolutions and a very select few of the others, but other than that I just look at these leaks and go :/ or -_- I'm feelin' another gen 4 coming on for me (I personally did not like gen 4 at all with the exception a VERY select few)
Oh well, you win some and lose some in Pokemon

I will have to disagree I'm finding the designs to be way better then most of Gen 5 XD

Considering just how many pokemon there now are...I kind of think it might be a good thing they are not adding to many new ones...and that they are putting more attention in previous generation's pokemon. Whats the current pokemon count at now? 800-ish? If that's not a big enough selection for people...well.../shrug.
Will be interesting to see which pokemon pull ahead of the whole pack this generation. I wonder how many of the "old" favorites will be discarded in favor of newer ones...Such a huge pool of pokemon to choose from...
And I really Hope Absol can Learn Crunch damnit!!!
