Oh wow so many mounts <3 Looks like I will be grinding alot of factions on both horde and alliance toons

I vote for stitches on it. I've been very amused with that as well, because all I can see is my undead physically making her own mount....because I'm sure they do that. *points at the dead horses*

I wouldn't mind having a taxidermy mount

In the world of wow doing a bit of necromancy isn't impossible.

(Especially fitting as taxidermy animals are literally called mounts)

Yeah, the caption for the mount spell actually mentions that

"Cautious by direwolf standards, the dustmane can only be coaxed to ride with something it considers special."

Basically, the leatherworker makes a fancy harness to lure the direwolf, like a bower bird

Those taxidermy pics are freaky!

I was really worried when I saw leatherworking + mount so I'm glad it's not some lurching, patched monstrosity.

Speaking of the leatherworking mount, it currently just uses the same saddle as the darker brown wolf mounts.

Given the flavour text says it will only serve for something special, and the saddle is supposed to be the crafter's pride and joy, I asked if they could maybe make some special saddle art for it

*grumbles* I just got up mining on my hunter...now I've got to get leather working too?! Ugh. I wonder if this mount can be sold on the ah...might see if someone could make me one if so. Or I can make that shaman I've been going on about. Teach them leather working and skinning...perhaps.

Wtb wolf mount for...free huggies? Not the nappies. Huggies. Hug huggies. Yeah. I'll buy mounts for hugs

It may change but as of right now, the mount's BoP :( I mean, you could always level an alt since there's no indication it's not account-wide! Well... except the "requires leatherworking (700)" bit. But yeah :\

Ahh. Thanks Xella. I've just made a pandaren shaman, so if I give her leather working she can make this mount and her own gear. It's just the levelling that's going to frustrate me I think >.<

I expect the LW mount will work like the gyrocoptors and the flying carpets. They count towards your mount total on all toons, but only those with the profession can use them.

The mount journal leaves out the 'Guild' part so I missed it. I checked the guild ach itself and there was the piggy. Editting the list
