Will be interesting to see which pokemon pull ahead of the whole pack this generation. I wonder how many of the "old" favorites will be discarded in favor of newer ones...Such a huge pool of pokemon to choose from...
And I really Hope Absol can Learn Crunch damnit!!!
Yeah it's around that no. >.< Gah and I've what drawn nearly all of them now? oh god

I do love the legendaries so far of this gen, Noivern, most of the Mega evolutions and a very select few of the others, but other than that I just look at these leaks and go :/ or -_- I'm feelin' another gen 4 coming on for me (I personally did not like gen 4 at all with the exception a VERY select few)
Oh well, you win some and lose some in Pokemon
Completely agree with you here, generation five to me was a shining light that Nintendo still had inspiration, and generation four to me was the worst of the lot so far. So many Pokémon that I had little to no interest in. The only ones I can think of that I actually liked/used were Luxray, Leafeon, Purugly (It's got a weird charm. xD) and Floatzel. Everything else was so meh. But everything for gen six so far looks quite... small? Idk, is that just me? So many small, simple and boring looking Pokémon that look like they've had next to no thought put into them, then there's the new Dugtrio-looking... thing... I just... urg. I have no idea. There's plenty of Pokémon this gen that look amazing, I adore Xerneas as the legendary (Yveltal is meh to me, looks like Lugia and Groudon had a baby and I can't unsee that.) and the fossil Pokémon are everything I could've wished for and more, I even find Doublade cool and I don't usually like the non-animalistic Pokémon much. But all the leaked ones just look horribly uninspired... :/
Hopefully when I actually have the game in hand I'll warm up to them more. Kinda wish I'd not looked at the leaks now. >.<

I found that Gen 5 had the least inspiration in it

*Shrug* Each to their own. I think, for me at least, it's the lack of animalistic-looking Pokémon. I adored Pokémon like Sawsbuck, for example, in the fifth gen. This gen seems to be slapped full of weird-looking ice blocks and... things. Vanillish was bad enough, I don't need more of them. And the rabbit Pokémon (Haven't bothered to learn names yet.) looks silly. Idk, they feel silly to me, I was never a fan of 'silly' looking Pokémon. (And before anyone mentions it from my previous post, I don't personally consider Purugly to be silly. I like it, it reminds me of my cat!)
I wish I had your optimism about it though Cow lol. I really, really am hoping I warm up to them when I either see proper artwork of them or in-game. All I have to go off so far are blurry screenshots which may or may not be fake in some cases, so I won't place judgement yet.

I, personally, loved gen 5. It had its quirks, but they all do *glares at my shiny Vanniluxe* Of all the shinies to randomly appear, why'd it have to be a Vanniluxe!? WHY!?

It seems that Sliggoo evolves into Goodra at lvl 70 and retains the pure Dragon type...but it seems to fulfill 2 of the three requirements of a Pseudo Legendary (like Dragonite)...Base Stat total of 600 and a 3 stage evolution line.

Aegislash has two forms...Shield Forme, which is its default....and Blade Form. In shield form, its stats include a base 155 Def and 145 Sp Def . In Blade form, those defenses are switched with its attack stats. It switches to Blade Form when it uses an offensive move. It switches back to Shield form when it uses a defensive move like Protect or its signature King's Shield. King's Shield is like Protect but greatly lowers the attacker's Attack stat if you are hit by Physical Contact.

Noibat's evolution line is only 2 step, he goes straight to the big bat dragon we know and love.
It looks like our Pseudo Legendary this gen is Goodra...our first Pure-type Pseudo.

Wow level 70?! I think that puts him past that dark/dragon one now for latest evolving Pokémon lol.
And definitely liking the quirks on Aegishield.
And Noivern's pre-evolutions...beyond adorable! I wonder how far into the game it takes to find him...

Holy hell lvl 70? Though, I can see that with the past final evolution dragon types. Hydreigon's evolution line, Haxorus' line, and Dragonite's line follow similarly. Dragonite is obtained at 55, Haxorus at 48, Hydreigon at 64....

o___o Zoura??? I didn't actually think they'd make that pokemon readily available-- is it actually wild or given? That's insane *so happy*
And eeee yey more pokemon to fill my storage boxes with xD I collect pokemon I like for the sake of having them and admiring the designs... But Skarmory has usually been a core part of my team despite getting so little actual use over the years since Ruby. But her nature hurts her far too much, I need to find a new one
