I've decided I should get accents for some of my dragons. Can't be too expensive on the ah right

Maybe I should get Evening the Sunflora burst accent? *looks at the prices* oh dear God...no accents for me then!

I feel like I have to be super picky about what dragons go into my lair now though. I mean, I didn't clear 5 pages of dragons for nothing!

I haven't managed to clear ONE page and I just bought another pair, haha.

What is it with me and X-White-White, idek.

Also the page I -am- trying to flog won't move... of course... a lot of them are my old breeding pairs and such and the only one I've managed to move out was Ashariel and that's probably 'cause he was Lv9 more than anything (he was bought by a newish player, judging by their lair, and he's probably the highest level dragon they own, haha.)

I hate the idea of exalting like.... errone... some of these guys I've had for a year or something... but dammit.

To be honest all I did to shift like 80% of mine was to use my hatchery. (Told you guys they were handy!) I pinged everyone on my ping lists, told them I would be closing my hatchery for now and that every single dragon bar a named few were for sale for 15k or above, since I level all my dragons to 10 and exalt them otherwise which gets me roughly 15k. I had a lot of interest, with a lot of people willing to pay more than 15k as well. One person paid 80k for a dragon I considered to be nothing better than exalt fodder! O___O After slowly leveling and exalting the rest, and then selling all three of my level 25s for 300k each (Yep, I went that far. I'm leveling a new three new, because I wanted them to be Nocturnes.) I was left with... a lot haha.

But you don't even need a hatchery to do that. Just plop them all on a thread, name it 'lair clearout sales' or something and there you go.

But now that I have nothing left, I have to sit here and pray that crystal/facet Nocturnes remain high in prices a while longer so I can sell the hatchlings of one pair I can currently breed to make money else I won't have much money for much longer haha. Still need about three thousand iri/shim scrolls.

some of the dragons i own i have gotten from other petopians which makes it super hard to cull a lair without hurting anyone's feelings...

hard to explain why you trip over somebody's dragon when you make a cull.. even harder if its the same persons dragons several time in a fow

and it doesn't help that i often go impulse shopping in the ah after culling dragons..... silly me

I just realized at one point I sold my oceanguard skin. Whyy. I love that skin and I don't have any extras... Now I have to buy one but they're 700g.

Two separate rants...

First, the forums seem to be moving very slowly for everything I'm involved in D: I've been trying to get involved in various games and RPs on FR, and they've been moving so slow. I JUST got finished with one murder mystery game which started fast but got so slow by the end (with over 24 hours between each persons posts at times) that it completely turned me off from joining another round. I got involved in a choose-your-own-adventure game, but the person organizing it seems to have disappeared. They started off posting daily/every other day, but on Tuesday they said they'd be a day late and post Wednesday... and they haven't posted anything since, not even a notice saying it would be even longer for a story post. I also ordered a piece of art over a week ago - the person originally only opened 5 slots per week for their art and ended up taking 10 in the first week, so I was lucky to even get in. But here it is the end of the second week, and although they accepted 5 more people, they haven't even gotten around to finishing the rest of the first week people. I'm wondering what's going to happen next week, as this person hasn't posted anything in the past couple of days either. They just kinda disappeared. I mean, I realize people have lives and I'm totally cool with and understanding about that, I just get worried when there's absolutely no notice on people just disappearing.

Secondly... I'm really interested in starting up a Flight Rising nuzlocke cause I've been reading a few on the FR forums and I love the idea. I don't want to get rid of my current dragons or anything to do it, but I can set aside a section of my lair for the dragons that are part of it - I already have my starting dragon picked out and everything yeah! But, uh, It'll be an expensive project -I'll have to buy eggs and genes and breed changes and stuff. Only one egg and a few genes per month, but still. I'm also really shy about posting it up on the FR forums cause ooh boy there's lots of people there. I might post it up here on Petopia to start with, see if it's a good idea.

I think a lot of things are jumping up in price cause someone said that Light Sprites were 12mil and then they jackknifed up to 20mil

Yeah I got my light sprite about two weeks ago and paid 12 mils worth of gems/treasure/apparel/accents.
