(Cloaks like the one I imagine Saturo uses tend to hide sound as well, tough in some Sci-Fi ships have to remain stationary while cloaked, lest the enemy be able to "hear" the ship on sensors.)

My logic is-Careful, if you hit that artery, your target'll die. Couple inches to the left and you're golden.- that if you get an A, you'll pass, and then I'm free. Besides, if you do this correctly, I'm in less pain!

Again, the upper body, 'specially round the neck and head, is very sensitive with lots of nerves and arteries. So, you have to be very careful. These places you avoid, these places are safe. You want to cut carefully, slowly, and make sure your blade is sharp for clean cuts!
