It's pretty easy.
Every image we post here for you guys was uploaded to the forums, thanks to Manias generosity.
Yep, a little "Thank you, Mania!" would be in order right now!
So there is no need to put it someplace else.

Go to my post where I showed you the picture.
Go to the "attachment" box, right above my signature.
Click the link that says gimlionsig.gif.
(Or use the one above I just created! )
You should see a website with only your signature.
Copy the URL shown in the address box of your browser.
In your case it will be: Now click the "back" button of your browser, switch to User Control Panel, go to signature and add this in the signature box: which in your case should be: You can delete the center-tags if you want the picture on the left side.

That should be it.

Did you upload it somewhere else or did you link it from the forum?

If you uploaded it, that site might have added some code, like a stamp, which makes the file larger than 300KB.

Link it from the forum by putting this code into your signature.
