I've been on-and-off archaeologying on 2 different characters, never deciding on my main or my alchemist, since they both want different things.

Today I said "eh, I should just work on Gabrielle (the alchemist), since anything else she gets that's rare will be bind-to or made account-wide anyway.
Worked my way down, 2 Uldums show up, I get there, and clear 'em, and 3 more in a row! So after all said and done I take a mini-break and solve my accumulated Tol'vir projects:
3 in total, one canopic jar. And I had that feeling...

Ahhh! I was right!


After all that fretting about how I wish they'd make the recipe itself BoA, it's been handed to its rightful owner! What a stress relief!
(For the curious, I never kept track of how many jars... Gabby didn't get them all that often, so couldn't have been more than 5 for her... Neilaren's gotten a whole bunch too, hence my stress.)

And now I can go back to just only doing Archaeology on Neilaren. Next goal: Beetle Mount!

I'm working on that with my Alchemist Hunter now that my other priorities are accomplished. I slacked off on it all this time. Was at 70 two days ago, now I'm just shy of 425. Got a ways to go but my Paladin already got the beetle thank god. It'll be enough getting the Vial to drop without having to farm the blue qiraj tank too.

Neil - you can just look at the solves for that toon to see how many it took.

Last night, my boyfriend also resumed our VP and Stonecore runs. VP was uneventful, but the one Stonecore run produced the Vitreous drake, so that was the boyfriend's prize (he said I could have it but his character is into stuff that's made out of rocks, and I want the VP dragon more)

I was hoping for the mount thing to happen in threes but I guess two is fine, too.

I've only seen it once and the one dickhead in the group won it.

I'm a massive mount collector and between my hunter and my druid I have a pretty decent collection

I finally caved and bought the Traveler's Tundra Mammoth.

I'm completely broke now. XD

I got the Sandstone drake formula yesterday after grinding almost non-stop for a week. Only cost me around 28.5k to get it. I didn't have enough truegold to finish it off but those prices are cheap so I bought what I needed rather than wait. Also got the Professor title in the process.

Got my corrupted firehawk ^.^ tis a very pretty firehawk indeed. Love the purple coloring

My latest grind was Vortex Pinnacle and got this lovely drake after 71 runs!! <3 Now onto Stonecore...

Not a huge accomplishment, but I finally got my Darkmoon Dancing Bear. Very pleased to finally have both Darkmoon mounts! Now… the mini pets. >.<

So I think Aeonaxx may have been my good luck charm because my first Stonecore run dropped the Vitreous Stone Drake. I'd run it about 30 times previously but then quit to camp for Aeonaxx. First time back, BOOM, it drops! Yay! Now on to The Vortex Pinacle!!

Thanks! I've been after it for years (since I first saw it in BC and thought it was a spiffy warlock mount upgrade because a warlock was riding it), and had seen it drop ONCE during BC (lost the roll) so I feared I'd never see it again. It is a good feeling to log in today and realize no, I wasn't dreaming!
