Lark grinned at Ivy, though she stalled long enough to make sure she was okay. Then she darted forward, keeping her paws in Baaz's steps to keep her speed up.

Ivika scowled, shaking off the snow. "I'm good," She said, just in case, and then darted after Lark, still listening halfheartedly for Baaz.

((Sorry for absence in roleplay. will finish nightmare now))

The absol whined, the noises of the crude singing and the music box started to make his head hurt, making it ring like a bell.
Thourgh the absols what seemed like eternal suffering he heard one voice call out to him
Revenge
he shuddered even now as more memories came in in he watched as the shadowy figure that ruined even more came in, it looked abit like a nine tales, but with 10 tales, each of them sprouting thier own ghost like flame, various wisps floated around it and anceint words in the form of unkowns were engraved into its body "My my boy whats with these tears?" raising a paw it slowly lifted that absols chin also taking off the cloth, it seemed to smile as it saw the seeingless holes "Is it because of those cursed eyes? I can help you" the absol sniffed "Y-you can?" the ninetales evolution nodded "Yes, you'll be able to see again, you just have to tell me whats making you cry, I can help, I can make you feel glorious, I can take away those harmful feelings so just tell me boy and you can have what I call glorious Revenge" the absol sniffed again telling the ghostly ninetales of how mean the other kids in his pack were to him, he suddenly screamed out feeling a hellish pain as he gained sight. were there was once holes were now ghostly purple eyes and he suddenly felt the desire to kill, the need for blood in the nightmare anything you saw was an instant splatter of blood as the musicbox slowly died down and the children signing turned into screaming, ghosts of the younger absols now spun around repeating the wrods "Why!? why kill us? what did we do?"
"You killed everyone! monster!"
"Draik...why?"
The words forever rang as the evolved ninetales was seen laughing at the sounds forever ringing in the absols head, the absol was now cursed. all because of that stupid ninetales
and now life is his hell
his own very nightmare

Ivika paused once more, pricking her ears. She could easily smell out the arcanine's scent, and she tilted her head, and if she tilted her head just right, she could hear him fairly well. She turned, moving in the direction of the ruins, a slight nervous feeling creeping over her. The ruins gave her the creeps, at least.

Darkrai's chuckle could be heard resonating trough the Absol's mind in the nightmare. "That was truly pathetic.", he remarked, appearing in front of Draik. He was holding a piece of cloth.

Ivika pricked her ears, paving her own path. She glanced back at the track she had been on, checking to see if the others were following her or not. She was positive the arcanine went in the direction of the ruins than the direction they were following.

((Cause he went to the rocks, then the ruins. Ivy's cutting out the middleman.))

---

Solara seemed irritable, but she was doing her best not to show it. Word had spread like lightning that the New Dusk had risen up, and now their Dusk were threatened once more. She was glad the dark fur was no longer there, at least they'd have issues physically seeing who was an wasn't Dusk.

She winced as another of her Dusk lost their life, discovered. They had to hurry and find that mirror, before the Dusk were overwhelmed and fell again. They were nowhere near their once glorious numbers. She sighed.

Darkrai tied the cloth around Draik's neck as a scarf, and flew back a bit to check how it looked. "Good enough.", he said, as the dream shifted into darkness, the mocking children's voices returning. "Let's see how good a pathetic cripple like you are at fighting.", he whispered into Draik's ear, as the Absol children started attacking.

Draik whined at the voices, it felt like his past was returning to haunt him only now, only he wasn't the one attacking them but them attacking him "Damn you..coming back from the dead like this, defying the worlds natural order" he snarled his scythe glowing purple before he stopped the words coming back to freaking haunt him he stopped letting thier attacking hit then the evolved ninetales words rang in his head again Whats the matter? don't you hate what they did to you?

((Darkrai! <3 So awesome.))

Solara half-heartedly watch Darkrai mess with the absol. Well, it was more watching the absol twitch and freak out in its sleep. She flicked her tail, ears pricked, sighing darkly, claws clicking the ground.

---

Ivika kept slowly pushing her way through the snow, doubt creeping in. Maybe she was wrong. Maybe she was just making everything worse. Maybe they wanted her to go. Maybe she was walking, and taking others, into an ambush. After all, she wasn't following the tracks anymore, just her own senses. She shuddered, the cold suddenly seeming a lot worse, giving a quiet whine.

Darkrai turned to Solara, looking a bit annoyed at how she wasn't in complete awe of his powers. "His name is Draik and if you want to torture him I'dstart with cutting the eyes out.", he said simply, not bothering to renew the nightmare. The effect would run out when the Absol finished whatever it was doing. He flew over to his kidnapping bag, which had started moving, picked it up, opened it, got screamed at by the person trapped inside, and then blasted it with a Dark Void, putting the poor kidnappé back to sleep.

Solara paused, blinking, glad that wasn't her in the kidnapping bag. She looked at the sleeping absol, not feeling the need to do much to him. She stretched herself, and nodded to Buzzard. "Ready to go when you are." The few Dusk guard moved carefully around the absol once more, ready to knock it out.

Draik started to have flash backs as his own curse spoke back to to him its words seemingly convincing, actually he started to like its curse abit he didn't care if he heard thier helpless cries in his head, he smiled his fangs showing and he ran ahead slaying his old pack members once again blood gleaming on his scythe

Buzzard nodded at Solara. He stretched out his wings, flapping a few yards into the air. Luckily, he could see a city on the horizon. He decided that it would look great if it was on fire. Catch me if you can, he taunted jokingly, then flew off towards it.

Lark frowned, slowing to follow Ivy. "Did you find something?"

((Sorry for disappearing. Arrrtttttttt!))

Solara nodded at the Dusk guards, and they saluted. She grinned, darting along as fast as she could, phasing so things like trees or rocks didn't get in her way, she just flicked through them.

---

Ivika jumped, startled. "Oh, yeah. Kind of. He's this way. He went that way, but if you go in this direction, the scent is stronger."

Darkrai quickly took to the air after them, anticipating to have lots of fun.

Lark nodded, sniffing the air. "I suppose you're right." She frowned, wondering why she hadn't noticed it herself. Oh well.

The city was fairly close. Buzzard let out a massive roar as he approached, the fire on his spine flaring out. He sent out a quick broadcast to the Dusk in the area, and soon the city rang with the sounds of chaos. He grinned, circling down to land and wait for Solara. He nodded at Darkrai when he saw that the Lord of Nightmares had followed.

Darkrai grinned widely as he blasted everything that moved with Dark Void.

Solara leaped out from the treeline, shaking herself, grinning madly. Chaos was a pleasant sound to hear. "Shall we?" She asked.

---

Ivika nodded slightly, "I guess the others will catch up eventually. We're close, at least."

Buzzard grinned more as he saw Darkrai's attacks. "We shall." He took to the air again, flying just above the roofs of the city and following major roads. After roaring again, he began breathing out plumes of fire, letting the ensuing pillars of heat carry him into the air. He circled, diving to light more on fire.
