Soooo... Let's talk about shinies. Either shinies are more common now, or a whole bunch of people just over the last few days have found them. Because I went on YouTube, searched for shiny Pokémon from X and Y and a buttload of videos popped up. Aaaand...

Mega evolutions do keep their shininess! Which means Mega-Charizard Y is shiny and black! I do wonder how Mega-Charizard X looks though...

Plus a friend of mine found a shiny Vivillon. I hope I find something shiny randomly, I never do. ):

Well I seem to be continuing my grand tradition of shiny-less pokemon so as far as I can tell, that's a no for me lol.

Ditto on that. I'd like a shiny Fennekin but hey that's not going to happen. Shiny Fennekin is lovely.

I'd love a shiny Go lurk, love the grey and green on it. But I never try for a shiny just cause I've never seen one in the years I've played since RBY. I have the same luck with mounts in WoW lol.

If I have a playthrough of any length then I usually catch one shiny, but so far no luck. I have run into a ridiculous amount of hordes though, and I thought those were supposed to be a rarer thing.

Hmmm, haven't encountered any shinies yet...then again I haven't found a male litleo either...T.T Will be nice when a visual shinies list is compiled. Then I can see which ones I want to work for ^^

How long is the torchik thing going for, does any one know? D: I'm afraid I'm going to miss it by the time I can get my game.
Not that I need ANOTHER firebird (I used to breed the hell out of starters on my old games)... But I don't want to miss a megastone xD

ok so i had a pikachu and i evolved him to a raichu and he is just a sweety in X and Y.

This game is going to take FOREVER

I decided to restart because my Froakie being female felt wrong to me. I got a female because my bf wanted a Froakie and I didn't know when Dittos would be available but I'm just going to give him this one and start over. Stupid, I know, but it just HAS to be male

Ditto can be found end game. D: I had to get a friend who has already finished the game to trade me one hehe.

Oh, duh. I've just never done a trade other than GTS and I wasn't thinking. Stupid me I was thinking about Noibat though. I would kill for one of those

Oh man, that is awesome.

I've never found a single shiny pokemon in any game I've played. (aside from that shiny gyarados in SS that everyone can get) I have a shiny Charizard there actually, but that was given to me.

I got my Tyrunt last night and I'm regretting not doing soft resets for a shiny version, I saw the shiny colours today and love them. D:

Wait Pumpkaboo comes in four sizes? okay.....

Looking at some of the shinies of the new stuff, some are pretty cool, like Greninja and Aegislash (that one is really cool). As much as I would like one of these...I already know my chances are gunna be next to ziltch times zero, as it always is with shinies lol.
