I just noticed that I no longer have to wait 30 seconds after putting on my Argent Crusader's Tabard before I can recall to the Tournament Grounds.

[edit] Also, I just killed a liquid metal murloc. *That* was terrifying.

It was the shiny graphics bug at work on Jarquia, an undead murloc in Swamp of Sorrows.

Hmm, I went to check Jarquia myself, but I guess I'm not suffering from the metallic glitch. Serpents definitely look darker to me, but the murlocs were only....shinier than normal? Possibly....they've always been shiny, so I can't tell if it's changed or if I'm just influenced by the power of suggestion.

No, you are suffering the glitch as much as I am. His underside is light colored, so when you are fighting him you are seeing something that looks a lot like his lower arms.

Ah, okay. I wasn't sure if it was just their regular shininess or not. xD They didn't look too bad though...just as if someone had recently polished them with car wax, lol. :lol:

They released a hot fix to this patch.
Bug Fixes
General

* Corrected an issue where players could disconnect upon leveling.
* Fixed an issue in which players could get stuck at the loading screen when utilizing a portal to Dalaran.
* Shoulder armor will nowt attach correctly to Blood Elf Male characters.
Priest

* Fixed an issue in which Spirit of Redemption was being prematurely canceled upon use of other abilities.
Mac

* Corrected disconnection errors upon login for Power PCs and Mac users running 10.4.11 with GeForce 8600s.

User Interface

* Enabling the command 'fixedfunction 1' will no longer cause graphical issues.
I found this to be very ironic that the claimed they fixed " Fixed an issue in which players could get stuck at the loading screen when utilizing a portal to Dalaran." I tried to hearth to Dalaran a few hours ago and you know what ? I got stuck at the loading screen... Imagine that..

Nope she's still invisible, anyone else with a Sapphire Wasp/Drone/Queen having that problem?

Those models don't scale properly, that's why. My queen has always been that way. Zoom really, really far out on the small preview window. Eventually you'll see it.

Well, I use an addon calleed Dressing Room. It let's me do a lot of things with the preview windows, including the character and pet windows. Zoom, for example.

There are lots of shiny things in WoW these days but shiny murlocs, I don't mind. I think of them as covered in some kind slimy material, like -uh... slime! :P

Also something interesting, Blizzard is slowly releasing Cataclysm information at the moment. Seems like we may be seeing the Beta this month, but who can say? Got my fingers crossed, because I am curious.

Hunters are staying the same with tranq shot for the moment. :D

Eh, consider it from the viewpoint of any of the other healers. As a paladin, have to manually target and heal every single person who is poisoned, and if it reapplies immediately there after, well, I have to hit cleanse again immediately. That being said, I kind of liked the flavor. *Frowns* I am getting a strong wind of further homogenization, and I don't like it.

Well, the only perk is that it downplays the whines of "<x> is overpowered." Blizzard seems to be encouraging us to choose whether to dispel OR heal, rather than both at the same time. Ie. we have to think, which is more interesting.

At least mass dispel is staying in game, which is still unique.

Keep in mind pallies are likely to be getting another heal as well. It might help!

It is most likely an AoE heal, (Circle of Light?). If they REALLY want to homogenize, it's a HoT (Diffused Light?).

My ideas for the HoT are obviosly really bad.
