So far no camel today. =/ Just Deathwing xD He really seems to like Uldum.

btw if anyone has any tips for me I'd love to hear them! One thing I'm not sure about is once I do find another one, how many hours from that time would be good to go back and look some more?
Also for those who have grey camels, how long did it take you? I need a time span where I can stay positive XD

I think its about a 6 hour window on when camels spawn. I shifted through all the crap on wowhead about them and thats what I took from it. I've found 5 so far, all dust Got another one this morning. Got all excited until I realized it was NPC 50410 (dust) If it pops 50409 then its the Whirlwind Mount one (from what i've experienced / read.. all my dusts have been the 50410)

If/when I find the right one, It'll summon me to Dormus, I'll have group summon my twink (she'll be phased but right there in steam pools). Kill Dormus, loot camel to lvl 85. Trade mount to lvl 70

I'm sorry mate but I'm sure I've read somewhere that this has been fixed :S Same with the 'multiple' drop ability (where you could log out just as the Dormus timer hit zero and log in again to respawn him - effectively you could kill him like as many times as you got the summon-to-phase-bit and log-out-on-time right! >_>) My bad though if it's still possible - it would be an awesome mount on a lvl 70

You used to be able to roll on it even if you werent the one phased, but you can do the trick where the main character will loot it, then the mount will still have a 2 hour trade window for anyone who was near that spot (even if you were phased)

Yeah the multiple drop thing happened when cata first launched - no idea how someone discovered it lol! There was some videos on youtube of some guy basically 'giving' the mount to loads of people! He out-fitted all his alts (non twinks too!) and his friends - he even bragged he was 'selling' invites to the roll too >_>

The camel figurines are like Aeonaxx with a 6-22+ hour respawn time. Only one spawns at a time, and most of them have a chance to be a dud. ><

When I found my first figurine, I did the log off trick and got 3 camels, one for me and two for a guildie and a friend. But I didn't even try a couple of days ago when I came across my second figurine. Maybe I should have, but I was certain too that it's fixed. Eh, not much help. Good luck!!

Still no more camels. I feel like I should move to a low pop server while I do this >_< Uldum is always decently populated on my server and I know one person who is competition. Ugh. WTB not dud camel soon. Please!

And now I have decided to take it easy and get a nice break before I start a huge mount commitment again. x.x

But heres a side story:
Last Sunday I was running Sunwell with the group I run it with every week, and I was on my worgen. Why my worgen instead of Mia? Well, Thoridal dropped two weeks prior and I thought "What are the odds it will drop again?" So during the raid I tamed one of the blue dragonshawks and ended up naming him Thoridal. It seemed really fitting for him. So then we kill KJ and Thoridal drops. -_-
Like seriously, what are the ODDS?! (will submit screenshots tomorrow)

I found it in the same area where I coudlnt find the second dud I found. I'm assuing its in the same spawn location because its hardish to find and hidden int he bushes.

Ugh, that trick where you could be in another phase and roll, I didn't know they patched that out and that's why I, again, got a new mount on my Druid before my main lock (Aeonaxx went to my Druid first too, thanks to me being over excited and not thinking clearly)

On another note, I think I've found a pretty awesome checking pattern. I'm sort of multi-tasking. Two days ago I started running Slabhide solo runs in between my camel searches, and so far that's worked out very well! Hopefully it will stay that way. ^^ Also hopefully I'll get my camel and title soon <33
