It's hour 21 of the 22 hour spawn timer. I've been asleep for the past..6 or so...
One of my fellow campers has set his mouse on tinfoil sometime after I left, so between my leaving and his arriving.. who knows what could have happened. Ah well. I feel mucho better after some sleep.

bout 6 minutes til the 22 hour timer is up. Then I'll go wake up my husband and cuddle him

Ah well gonna spend the rest of the day playing on my pvp toon I suppose

Had mostly a break day today, sat in deepholm when I'm not doing anything else.
Led a guild group through some vanilla raids for transmo runs. Just need Giantstalker leggings and I'll be set ^^;;

Going to pvp some on my lowbie huntress, practically stalking /who Deepholm to see if my camper friend is still there.

I hope it doesn't take 5 months to find my own Aeonaxx. I promised the husband AND my guild that I lead that I wouldn't camp for that long. :S

I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth and I stopped suddenly, thinking, 'That sounds an awful lot like NPC S--' and then I just BOLTED INTO MY ROOM.

So what was going to be 'OH MY FUCKING GOD I GOT AEONAXX' became 'OH MA CUCKING GOK I COC AEOCACS'.

Kay so I got called to heal on my druid for BWD, and it's my guild so I can't say no.
Guess who spawns not five minutes later ¬.¬
Well at least I can sleep tonight....¬.¬

If that was me...and TLPD spawned, the anger I would have flowed through me...I don't think my computer would be.."alive"
(I've got very bad anger issues and anger management problems..)

Aww, I'm sorry. That happened to me, too. I missed Aeonaxx by a very short amount of time. It frustrated me deeply. xD

I also have a friend in the military who has been camping TLPD for over a month. He was offline when I saw the time-lost spawn so I got mine, but then 6 days later TLPD spawned again and he had gone AFK for 2 minutes...he came back to find the TLPD at half health and someone that didn't care about the mount got it. He missed TLPD by a few seconds. I felt so bad.

My shoulder and my neck muscles are all tense, but he did spawn out of sight of my solo camping spot, so I wouldn't have spotted him anyways. I guess that's the bright side....maybe.. I dunno.. need motivation now I think lol

Ugh, that is frustrating! As you'd mentioned, you at least have a timer now... Still a let-down, but I guess you could say that one wasn't your Aeonaxx. Yours is still on his way.

Just as a point of commiseration, when I first started camping TLPD I left quick to help a guildie with a group quest. When I came back, I found his corpse outside Brunnhildar. I just alt+F4'd and took several deep breaths. Sooo mad at myself, and that ended up being the only other TLPD I ever saw--aside from when I finally got him. Just to make myself feel better, I told myself the missed spawn wasn't my TLPD, and that my own would eventually appear. And (after more camping lol) he finally did. Good luck with your hunt.

Omg Nili. That's SO FUCKING UNFAIR. But as Nimae said, he wasn't your Aeonaxx. Yours will come in time.

Oh God, I'm so sorry. :< I know this pain. It happened to me, like 3 or 4 times on my Druid. Every single time I had to go and raid, one of the other campers from the area would whisper me that he spawned not long after I left. I was so heartbroken, I even cried during one raid. Probably a mixture of emotions, but I was exhausted from camping him day and night. I had little to no sleep. I was obsessed, and come the 3rd or 4th time I got told I'd missed him, I said to myself: "you know what, fuck this. I can't cope with missing him all the time." Then I got lucky... :> LITERALLY the day I was gonna give up. Stay strong he will DEFINITELY come to you, eventually!
