Loq (affectionately dubbed "lockie-nockie" by my kids) has this wonderful way of messing with you.
It took me 5 days of about 18+ hours a day camping before I saw him. I had actually given up, and was on my way back to vendor the millions of junk drops I had farmed off gorillas when I found him hanging out by Nesingwary Camp, and fell off my mount (dismount midair.. yeah.. not a good idea..) and slide across the ground and landed at his feet (lol).
The other 8 times I have seen him, came as just passing through or casually farming saronite.
Once you get him, he just.. loves to come around and taunt you in his wild form.
