i think a non western dragon or a yak would be awesome and i agree it should be a faction mount that changes color based on faction idk how a yak would work tho but a turtle is kinda lame tbh.

I think I am the only one who -doesnt- like the yak idea. =P heh...

Though I think something like a Land-Dragon-Lizard would look absolutely awesome.

Example: Think Warp Stalker. Bigger with a saddle. Make it more...Iguana / Dragon-ish looking. Same running patterns, maybe a little smoothed out...Something along those lines. I think it'd fit with the Asian theme.

I think its a good chance it will be the yak, it coming in multiple colors and such, seems it would be easy to stick a saddle on it. As for turtle, arent panda hunters getting a turtle as thier starter pet?

That scene from Episode 3 is the sole reason for me wanting a Warp Stalker mount. (And they do have that mounting "hook" too).

wow head does have some datamined spell about a warp stalker mount, and If memory serves right, blizz had the intention of making warp stalkers mounts, but change thier minds before ridable ones where ever seen.

On the ground I think I'd be happy with either the yak or a komodo dragon type mount. In the air, I want Falcor, the dragon from Never Ending Story.

Considering how many skins seem to have been made for these yaks/oxen already, I'm going to toss in my vote for those as well. The fact that they appear to be wide enough that draenei and tauren won't look silly riding them just sweetens the deal.

also it would be nice if they added pvp versions of the worgen, goblin, and pandaren mounts since they added belf and draenei ones.

The Yaks are adorable, I think they'll work well with Pandarens. I highly doubt they'll leave Pandarens without a mount after the Worgen fiasco. Although this time it's just one race so they MIGHT decide to not give mounts as there's not another race which has unfairly been given two mounts while leaving the other without.

Falcor HAS to be a mount just so I can do this.

Yak or maybe a Crane type mount. Or heck, even a flying gourd.

Lizard mounts all the way. I always thought that the lizards the fire nation warriors ride in avatar the last air bender would be an awesome mount for this xpack. If not for the panderans then some for other faction.
