IDK my aunts cats were declawed and they lived long happy fat indoor kitty lives. I understand why it would be banned/looked down on...but they don't instantly flop over and stop living life if its happened. :P

I'm glad your kitties keep their toes. Declawing is cruel, terrible and there are alternatives like nail caps and making sure you give them lots of places they can scratch and making those types of places more appealing then your stuff. Cute kitties by the way. Very cute.

So I never caught anyone up with this, but the kittens are both in the kitten nursery proper now, and are out of our hands. They're the new cover kittens due to how friendly they are and will hopefully get good homes soon. Addy, the mother, spent a little time at another foster home as a mouser before getting adopted by a family that reportedly fell in love with her at first sight.

So now, of course, we found another cat.

This is Erwin! We aren't keeping him at home yet, as we're hoping he'll find a home before he runs out of custody time at the vet, but we may end up fostering him. We found him sitting on the side of the road on the way to school, so I moved him into the forest a little, assuming him a pet, and we went on our way. Well, my mom saw him in the same place on the way home, so she picked him up and took him to the vet after doing a lot of asking around.

Erwin, it turns out, is a five month old persian-like, siamese-like kitten that was most likely abandoned. He had some burned fur from sleeping under a car, so he's been outside for a while, but he's extremely friendly and purry. He's also very playful and bites a LOT, though not to hurt, ergo "Erwin" (crocodiles bite, ahaha, yeah...). He's shockingly beautiful, so hopefully we can home him soon.

We fostered a shelter kitty that came down with an upper respiratory infection who was a play biter. We named him Armand, after the vampire :)

He's a doll! I hope he gets a good home with a family who will give him all the love he deserves.

Old news, I'm lazy- but sir Erwin was very quickly adopted. A woman came in to offer to foster him and instantly fell in love. So he has a good home!

Have some pictures of the kitties.

Erwin at his new home- not a great picture, but it shows how spoiled he is!

Erwin is fantastically floofy.

Tiger Lily, on top, has yet to be adopted, but she's enjoying her time at the nursery. She likes playing with the other cats, apparently.

Addy, pre-adoption.
