Gahh!! I would say "just my luck" but I'm soo happy about Yaks that I can't be too mad. :) Hopefully this isn't a mistake and we just have to wait it out. The one in Doomcookie's picture is the exact color I've been wanting too.

I'm guessing that the tameable mushan lingered around for a while, hence people taming them without seeing the Sha. I know the other world bosses were a bit derpy before anyways, if they were aggroed they would despawn for a minute or two and then reappear. In any case, looks like we probably won't be taming any more until they fix that Sha. :(

So... the name started off as a joke... but it's grown on me. <_<
He just needs to be green....

I'm really bummed that the tameable ones are all gone now. :( Like when someone takes the last cookie...
Hopefully they'll fix the sha boss problem very soon. D: I want more people to enjoy this.

They do look quite awesome, but I'm at a loss for what kind of ability they should have... Hmmm.. Maybe Earthshaker! Knocks down all enemies for 2sec. Frontal cone targeted.

TBH I'd love a buff/debuff if they get their own family, but that's the PVE-er in me talking. The ones with PvP-centric skills tend to get limited use with me, sadly--I feel guilty if I'm not supporting the group with some sort of buff. :c

See, myself on the other hand liked the WotLK design for pets better. I don't like pets being buff/debuff bots. What if you're in a 25m raid where every buff is covered?

I remember cats had rake which put a bleed dot on a target, and boars had gore which worked similarly. I personally like pets who come with a little extra attack of their own, not a buff/debuff.

How about "Call of the herd"- your Mushan let's out a deep bellow and several smaller mushan stampede current target for "X" damage per Mushan summoned. (2-5 possible randomly generated). 1min cd.

Just a different direction for pet skills.

I had an ability called Call of the Herd in my MoP Pet Suggestion thread that summoned a whole herd of them until I was exterminated.

You should have seen what me and bunch of other people did to Jesse and Crendor last night on Beta, we kept following them around and doing things like showing them my pets (Moo the Yak, MooMoo the Yak, Cocobeans the Mushan Beast, and Jebbus the Water Strider) while yelling at them to return the stack of snow balls and fishing pole I gave to them at the beginning beta. We did it the entire time they were recording, it was hilarious.

I really don't see it, they remind me more of a hunchback land crocodile or a semi-aquatic dinosaur with sails on it's back.

There's nothing crocodilian about Mushan. Reptilian? Yes! But more along the lines of gigantic lizard than crocodile.

Nothing? I wouldn't go that far, I look at body posture and shape.

Yup, sadly he isn't tameable. :P But I think that'd be terribly hard to pull off anyway.

I associate Mushan more to dinosaurs. They appear to be herbivores (you see them grazing on bushes and grass in Valley, crocolisk is most likely a temporary family).
