The fixed tracks are only on the ptr, correct? On live they're still backwards? Sorry, I'm a little confused.

This thread and all things reported in it are PTR only! They won't go live until patch 5.1.

So yes, all tracks are still backwards on live.

i have a funny feeling that the silk worm may be in valley of the four winds because that zone currently only has 1 rare and theres a large silk producing farm in the zone! it makes perfect sense!

I've purged this thread of any references to spurious tracks. If you know what I'm referring to then please don't make any reference to them here. Let the thread continue with the exciting new stuff.

That was a good find with the silk worm tracks spell. I really hope it's made it in :)

I think you missed the point there, Loki. ;)

That's the first place I went, Zangor - no dice, though I could have missed something!

Guessing where they are gonna put rares is tricky.

Bloodtooth: it makes sense he is near a beach, it would make more sense if he was near his non-epic cousins like all the other epic turtles.

Savage: Uh... Jade Forest? Yeah theres tigers but this guy was MADE for Kun Lai.

Glimmer: I would assume he would be around much more water if I was trying to guess his location.

So silken fields makes sense, but who knows?

Actually, Savage in Jade Forest makes lots of sense, since he'd blend in too much with the Kun-Lai grey tigers. Ditto for Bloodtooth, who's far away from the non-epic matching turtles.

However, I completely agree about Glimmer. I would have expected him to be pathing around on a random lake. On the other hand, for this taming mechanic, it wouldn't be practical. :)

Atleast some of the tracks are fixed. Hopefully they'll all be fixed.

So... nothing huh? I wonder if any spirit beasts or the wine worm are gonna make it in to 5.1 or not. Perhaps they are and everyone has been distracted by the old world rares and not noticed. Or perhaps they're coming later.

This is only the first build right? So they could always get patched in later.

EDIT: Though I expect the silkworm is already in.

Actually, a lot of people can't get to Pandaria at all. Even fewer than cna get in, I think. So maybe when patching is done and things are fixed, we'll get more reports!

This is the only reason we've gone leadless for so long. We simply can't get in, so no searching can be done.

I would guess probably stay out of Kun-Lai and Jade Forest and try the others, since they have two rares each already. My instincts say Valley of the Four Winds for the silkworm.

But what would the silk worm tracks be? Just little dots here and there for the tiny pudgy feet or just random slits on the ground and call them 'Slided Tracks'?

Fixed that for you. ;)
