Sweet!

I hope it comes in all three colours, but so far, that doesn't seem to be the case.

And guess no one cares about the direhorns anymore, given the lack of new screenies... /grumble, or in finding that new Dino-bird model....
Did you miss Veph's huge thread of screenshots of the dinos on the island? http://forums.wow-petopia.com/viewtopic ... 44&t=20040

Any lack of news on the direhorn front is because no one knows how to get the book yet. :)

I'm hoping there will be two more in the other colors! I'm looking around bit but nothing yet.
I'm imagining if so then one of Kun-Lai and one in Dread Wastes might make sense? But then again not everything in this game makes sense. :P

Yeah, did miss her thread... Too many threads..

But that new archaeopteryx type model has me really interested, but I'm away from my comp for another 3 weeks, so can't go hunting myself.

I just found the red porcupine!!

He has the same buff as the green one and he paths along the stone ledge in the northern part of Krasarang, about as far as I indicated.

Barbed Needle is a ranged, uninterruptable attack! This should be... fun...

I think Degu must mean Devil or something because what even.

Degu did not cast his hardcore ranged attack when Kalli was close to him. This leads me to believe that it has a minimum range... meaning that YOU have a MAXIMUM range, unless you want to die. *facedesk*

Degu means "I hate being dead zoned" in porcupine.

(Translation: Caelan beat me here to say that, haha!)

We didn't see him heal, but that doesn't mean he doesn't. We, uh, died pretty quickly. >_>

Least his path isn't long....though can he be seen by everyone? That's where I get worried.

He didn't seem to heal, though I wasn't doing a whole lot of damage to him. I basically went in to die and accidentally discovered his dead zone. I actually really like this mechanic (as much as I hate DOING it), since it's a nice little tribute to the old hunter dead zone.

His path is actually lengthier than all that, though it's not complicated at all; I'll get a map together. The spirit porcupines are visible to everyone, I think; they're not hidden at all.

....*table flip* PORCUPINE.

Ok, so they are probably visible to everyone. But can they be killed?

Here's hoping the tracking mechanics just aren't added yet.

It'd be pretty silly to remove those mechanics when they have stopped griefing so well. Especially since if I'm reading this right, any melee could kill Degu without much trouble.

WOndering if there's a blue porcupine now... Well, now my stables are going to explode. 2-3 new spirit beasts, and my OCD says I need ot tame them all. >_<
