Not at all, Cas! Bikes aren't my thing much either, though I did think they were both neat lookin'. I don't even have the bike from Wrath. XD

Oh, I'd never use it either I can't stand the constant clatter of almost all eng. mounts. The rockets are about the only ones that aren't like that. I'll collect it though

And I agree. I found the web series really mimicked the worst of modern "reality" tv. The wince-worthy fake drama of someone throwing out some welding flux. It'd be like someone throwing out some salt in a kitchen. They couldn't possibly have loads more of it in storage!

But it was interesting to see the final products and it'll be interesting to see how they translate into the game

I had a look at the final product out of curiosity and my god....yuck! Caterpillar tracks? Really? Are they using them in a mine or something? <-(typical WA minning scum i am!) Just so weird. ><

It was an odd choice. I think someone linked earlier a vid of one of the guys explaining why they chose the treads.

I'll be really shocked if the Alliance one wins out. If fact I'd be surprised if the Horde one wins by less than 2-1. Horde is just much more prevalent among those who use the various web sites and forums.

I have no idea how one could accurately come to that conclusion, its actually pretty much impossible to measure which player base is more prevalent on “various web sites and forums”

A stronger argument might be that horde could be seen as more vocal about issues related to their faction, but that doesn't account for any statistical number regarding actual usage from visitors to any number of unaccounted websites or forums.

Guys everyone knows Murlocs is best faction.

I will admit....I'm disappointed but not overall surprised. I kinda called this in the beginning.

YAY!!!!! That makes me so happy. I love the horde one. Didn't care for the alliance one. I can't wait to see it in game. My orcess would look fantastic riding that.

I voted based upon the bikes, not faction. Honestly, if the Alliance one had had a front wheel and a different back end, I'd have voted for it. The back end just needed something more. As it was, it looked almost like two different concepts stuck together.

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter which one actually won. Forums and article comments everywhere would've been full of factionalism and stereotyping complaints regardless of which bike made it into the game.

are they making them in-game now too?

I voted based on bikes as well and Alliance was the one I liked. However, I agree they should've used a front wheel like Horde did.

It does seem like Blizz has been favoring the horde side in its expansions and storylines

not surprised at all. knew it would happen but not disappointed or upset about it. Didn't care for either one and not a fan of eng stuff so I didn't even bother to vote. grats to the faction with the new mount!
