Well they had those differences cause of the old mounts being different speeds. DKs didn't have that, just the one land mount. It also had DH specifically tagged on that Felsaber while the other was blank like the other mounts (minus the new charger).
Eee fingers crossed, I would be THRILLED to have a version of that I could use on Veph because I love the look of the felsaber.

The Demonsaber spell also has "Class Demon Hunter" in its description. That doesn't mean it's necessarily correct, it could be a simple copy/paste artefact from the Felsaber info.

Oh that's much better Lupen! Still not crazy about that visual effect, but at least it's better in motion and more blended.

Yeah, whoever is in charge of modelling at AdriaCraft is better at it than the people at MMO-C or Wowhead. Unfortunately WoW Model Viewer is also way behind. I've tried to help but I'm way over my head.

Saw these. They're pretty clearly built on a mount model.

No doubt they're druid forms. But it's not impossible they'll be rideable druid forms, much like their stag form is. Who knows?

If they are druid form, and have owl features, I wonder if they will be able to fly, or if they will be a short-term model like the armored forms they have in that one tallent (Incarnation)?

In the video of them moving they use the same animations as the nightsaber mounts.

And cat form uses the same animations.
As much as I want to tame it if I had to bet it's going to be a Druid form, but we'll just have to wait and see.
