Day 46

Fun times abound in levelling our new skydancer frienemy. Managed the full 30 rounds but holy heck did it go slowly. And a lot of potions got wasted. Stupid sky chicken I'd let you die if I didn't need a new healer dammit. He's now level 6.

Day 48
Managed the full 30 rounds again since Antheraea needs the experience. Almost lost him twice and Raijin came close once due to unfair dodging. Rai is level 9 and Anth 7. I also decided to give our skydancer Prismatic Meditate to shame him with glitter and rainbow stars.

Day 49
Art pending. I have amazing ideas but my artistic muse has abandoned me today.
As a note, expect a lot of "Pending" or delayed posts over the next 3 weeks. I'm starting a course from Monday and between a lot of travelling to and from and a whacked out sleep cycle I'll more than likely be too tired to do anything. I'll let you know when posts have been updated

Day 50
This was both hilariously adorable and super frustrating. First the adorableness. Hoshi and Zhen, Rai's surviving daughters. both grew up today making them candidates for the coliseum. I use Random.org to select my team. Guess which 3 dragons it picked? Rai, Hoshi and Zhen. Yaaay the family together. Except Rai's level 9 meaning that if I went easy mode the girls would get no experience and if I went medium or hardmode they'd most likely die. Because of this I allowed the reroll of one of the girls and got Iele instead.
They managed 18 painfully slow rounds as tends to be the case with a newcomer to the team. Iele is now level 11 and Hoshi level 5. I also decided for RP reasons to make Hoshi the unorthodox physical-attacking pearlcatcher. I mean her dad and sister are imperials and the only other dragon who isn't physical is Antheraea and damn if he's going to teach her how to fight!
A question if I may. Reading other pinker/nuzlockes I noticed a couple have a rule where dragons below level 10 that get KO'd in the coli receive critical wounds instead of dying (broken limbs, lose of sight in one/both eyes etc). I'd like to implement that rule into this run as well to make it a little easier to level newcomers, but I'm not sure given how long-running it's been. The only complication of course being Flora from right at the start. Thoughts?
Also here's Hoshi and Zhen all grown up. Their apparel will be explained later.

Im no expert in pinkerlocke but any rule which lets you keep a dragon is good in my eyes. You could just implement the rules onwards looking?

Thanks Tarn and I agree as does another friend who follows the 'locke. It feels a little wrong to implement it after so long but it'd make things so much easier.
Day 51
Iele got underbelly to go with her poison (previous apparel post updated)

Day 53
Seems RNG doesn't want me to continue the story yet except to make my dragons fight stuff. I got the awkward team of Hoshi, Antheraea and Zhen today. I wonder what Anthie did to get put on babysitting duty. They managed the full 30 rounds and everyone levelled up. Hoshi is level 6, Anthie level 8 and Zhen level 5.

Day 55

...Again? Really? And another heads? RNG why you do this to me?
Well this happened on the first round.

I think we all know where that went.

THAT'S FOR KILLING YUE YOU JERK.
And then a couple rounds later look who fell over again. SIGH. Complete blindness or severe mutilation. Hmm.
