BINGO! We get a landshark with Cataclysm.
That'd be pretty sweet. Their racial would be a stealth underground, then it could act like warp when it actually attacks. A shadowstep, so to speak. God I'd want one.

in the expansion i'm writing, I have a tamable called a Dragonshark. It's essentially the raptor model modified be shark like in appearance. cause lordy knows blizz likes to mod that particular model,

Before Cata was announced I'd love to have been able to tame a worgen. But I still hold hopes that basilisks, diemetradons, and mana worms become tameable after Cata.

Frost Wyrm for sure. I LOVE the looks of them!
Also a Beryl Hound which maybe with the next expansion they will be classified beasts instead of demons... *hope*

Those boa type snakes in Wailing Caverns have always interested me.
Dragons, what Hunter wouldn't want a dragon by their side? (Course, if you could chose Dragonkin as a race.... EVEN BETTER.)
Gryphons and Hippogryphs too. They are so pretty....

I think they should give gnome hunters, and they can be able to tame critters. Getting beaten in a duel by a hunter with a spirit beast is nothing to falling before a gnome and his pet cow.

I know a green slime was able to be tamed for a brief period of time, didn't get to tame it at the time..
But a slime that look's even sexier is the Seeping Sludge from Netherstorm. Have a look for yourself
I'd very much like that as a pet!

I'll join the "I want a shoveltusk"-train! Ever since I saw those beauties I've wanted to do a hunter and tame one. I'm going to make sad sad panda face because no shoveltusk!
OR the basilisks...I mean WHY aren't they tameble! They could be just crocolisks with alt. skins but that would so raise the usage of skins for crocolisks...

I agree with Basilisks as well!
Some of the Outland ones are nifty looking (I like the purple), and even the Old World basilisk skins have merit.

Basilisks should've been an exotic pet, me thinks. It's hard to think why they weren't. I mean, chimaeras pretty much were in the same boat as them pre-exotics.

Imagine they kept that stunning stare... Arenas would be flooded by hunters with basilisks!

Yeah, a stun would seem pretty PvP oriented. They should have just given them something similar to earth shock, imo.

I've always wanted a kodo pet for one of my hunters. Preferably one of the gray-blue ones or brown ones, but I'd settle for the black wooly ones. The "Swallow" ability from Warcraft 3 would be useful for handling adds.
