OMG I'm soooooo happy about this cat! I'm not a big fan of cat pets and don't have any in my stable, but this one is STAYING! I just love it. I was such a He-Man fan when I was little, and to have my own Cringers is just more awesome than words. Thank you sooooo much again for the post!!! <3!!!

I did just go and get him and after I tamed him he respawned before I finished putting in talent points

SQUEEEEE.

Every time I do this quest on live I ALWAYS think, MAN, I wish I could tame this cat! And that was even in the days when I really disliked cats as pets, too. XD

So glad this guy'll be tamable now!

I'm glad this model popped up tameable, I remember it from the old quest chain. I looked for it once before but couldnt find anything new in felwood, I'm glad I was proven wrong

There does appear to be a bug on beta currently though, where pets can vanish. I've had 5-6 pets disappear from my stables and active roster already, all the newly tamed pets from Thousand Needles. One was a lvl 85 Silithid Wasp The only surviver from the glitch right now is my second seagull I tamed.

Edit: Just tamed 'Winna's Kitten', just outside Bloodvenom Post where a bunch of Horde races are walking around slimed lol. Only mob of it's kind that I could see, but fast respawn, it was back up before I even had my new pet's happiness in the green.

For anyone who's still concerned that this isn't intentional, this kitty sounds like the Cataclysm equivalent of Pitch: highly desired skin, reliable spawn, and super-quick respawn rate. ^_^

And I'd say there's FAR more than 5-6 people in this thread alone waiting to tame her!

I think this just really goes to show how much blizzard does listen, even when we think they aren't
I know that this is a skin that hunters have coveted for a very long time, and the fact that they are now tameable is awesome

Thnx alot for the pictures and the finding, I always wanted to tame this cat every time I did the quest.
So when I read this I jumped to felwood an got her, look at the nice matching of the name:P Winna and winnie.

Grrrr, just logged into the Beta to find my Cringer was gone Server was shutting down in 5min, so I couldn't run over to Felwood and see if I could tame another.

Most of my new pets disappear after a day or so in the Beta, just some weird glitch, so I'm not TOOO worried that it's been deleted for a reason, BUT I would love to know if anyone has checked on the green beauty today to make sure it was still tameable.

I'll let you know as soon as I can get back on the relms if I can go pick my Cringer up again.

EDIT: YES, still tameable! Sorry I went on a crazy pet hunt for my Part 3 video and forgot to write! So sorry!

Still waiting on update about this pet @ Zeilla8 i hope this pet still tamble as it goes live or i be upset.. and jealous lol
