Vel, that reminds me somewhat of Halloween event last year. My paladin ended up having to borrow a warlock and run a "we'll summon you in and if the Sinister Squash drops i'll give you 250g~ free rolls on all other loot" type rig... took about 3 hours i think altogether for me to get that darn mini-pet to complete the halloween achievement.

I log onto my rogue just for hecks whom i abandoned after BC came out, 'oh look he's in goldshire, i'll just trick or treat for the heck of it. Sinister Squashling was in the first bag...

I do not have the ram on Kalli. -_-

Although, honestly, my mage does have luck in this department (though no Sindorei orb), so I can't begrudge her....

Oh....and Kalli's first bag this year? A kodo. WHICH I ALREADY HAVE ON HER. Sigh. Give it to someone who needs it, please... (I would if I could have, sigh.)

That was the funny thing about my friend, too. He was all, "if i run it again and get another mount, I'll give it to you."

And I was like, "that's sweet, but you can't. "

It just figures though, he also got TWO Scarlet Tabards from SM, AND the kitty from the rarespawn in Silverpine, without looking for them. Me? Camped, camped, camped...nothing....

(At least he gave me the cat).

I still wish I could make other people's drop luck improve; I have a friend who's close to 100 mounts on his mage...would rather he have gotten the drop than my mage, y'know? :/

Is anyone else having trouble with douchebags who instead of actually, you know, driving the Dark Irons away, just stand on their mounts and wait for the Super Brew to appear? It's happening on all three servers I do the event on! It's starting to piss me off...

Sat i know what you mean, i think i was in one where the dark irons won because too many werent throwing mugs. i didnt even know that was possible.

I've never seen that happen, but then, I tend to log in right at the tail end of the event anyway by pure dumb luck/coincidence.

But that is very annoying

I tried miserably to get a cool looking screenshot from the brushes..

SQUEEE, I finally managed to get a mount! I got the Swift Brewfest Ram on Taigi, my tauren. So at least SHE has a cross-faction mount

Now if only I could get the kodo on my NE...

grats Vel. Female tauren dont look as silly on rams (i think they look quite good) compared to Male Taurens.

I think ive found out if the bag takes another second than usual to open, that means that theres another item inside.

I'm still hoping for both mounts to be in the same bag. I saw a screenie last year where both mounts dropped at the same time, but that was when it would drop off Corens body.

Ugh another Tankard o Terror today. They're now selling for 80g ~ I guess thats happy.

Just got the kodo today on Sas \0/

Finally after those runs and seeing so many mounts drop for others I got the kodo.

Now heres hoping for the ram, and bothfor Saon

If you hold onto it for a few months I'm sure the price'll go up considerably. They're just not in demand right now since the event is still going on.

In a few months they will be completely worthless as Cataclysm greens will have about twice the stats.
