Close, but no dice I'm afraid.

Yus!

New one!

I am the heart that does not beat. If cut, I bleed without blood. I can fly, but have no wings. I can float, but have no fins. I can sing, but have no mouth. What am I?

OHOHOH, I have a riddle!

Once, there was an Orc who was in a twenty-three story building (God only knows where you find one of thoes in Org, but that's not the point) with rather dirty windows. After going to each story individually, he reaches the thirteenth story where something comes over him and he finally snaps and flings himself through the window. However, when he hits the ground he is completely unharmed! How did he do it without anything to break, stop, catch, or hinder his fall and without recieving any broken bones or the slightest injury?

Was the building by chance a library with books (aka stories)? xD

Nope! But you're getting there. c;
I mentioned something in the riddle that'll make it a whole lot easier to figure out, you just have to look for it.

I'm going to guess that the bottom twelve stories are underground (thus the rather dirty windows).

(I'm still thinking about Ryno's but his avatar is hypnotizing me.)

No, but that's even closer! (I've been asked this in a non-WoW style and I guessed that as well. xD)

And by the way, I'm loving your new signature. Makes me wish I had more stable slots so I can get another wormy and maybe a Devilsaur. :( I love my slime, wolf, and Spirit Beasts too much to let them go.

Quick question. If you have a twenty-three story tall building, how does he jump off the thirtieth floor?

/end nubness xD

He doesn't jump "off" it, he jumps through a window. xD

Harpier, the window is on an interior wall thous he jumped through a window on the same floor he landed on.

Ryno: My guess is wind

Ooo, I can't even begin to tell you how close you are but that's not the answer (not the right one to the riddle, anyway)! :(
The Orcs in Orgrimmar arn't one for interior walls, let alone interior windows. But I'm glad someone almost got it in so little guesses!

Hmm.......Ryno, is the answer to yours a tree? Or wood I suppose? I dunno, it still doesn't make sense for one of the things, but that's all I can think of.

He jumped out and landed on a Proto-drake, who landed on the ground.
Then ate him.

AKA, I have no clue.
