Vadimas's eyebrows raised, though he didn't open his eyes. "You consider making this poor Garchomp fret about his mate to be fun, Rensin?"
"But he's right about facing worse things, though. First thing truthful I've heard out of that Scyther in a while." Jira growled in a low voice, her ears flicking back. "Let's hope for you two you're not going to be fodder. Bloodbaths seem to be becoming more frequent, lately." She wrinkled her snout in disgust before studying Jaws. "They've probably got some plans for you, though, Garchomp. You don't see many pseudos come along. Humans seem to like betting the most on your type. Good money-makers, you are. That is, if you happen to lose. Or die. You'd better be careful out there."
"Jira!"
The Lucario growled under her breath at Vadimas's sharp tone.

((What does it say when I keep mispelling my own character's name and only just realise it now? -.- Renten, Renten, Renten. *Knocks head to try and remember*
I blame Insins and his similar sounding name. Oh well, editing my previous posts so I don't look like as much of an idiot.))

Renten hissed again. Vadimas had a way of making him feel guilty.
"Not much else to do here, old man. Asside form kill ourselves for human pleasure. Sorry if I'm a little bitter over that." Sarcasm dripped from each word of that last sentence. He spun about, kicking at the bars with his clawed feet. "...Oi, shark. I lied about seeing your bird. Dont take that to mean she's not somewhere else in this forsaken place or that she soon won't be. And you'd better pray she don't end up on an opposite team from you. The humans WILL make you fight her. Maybe try to kill her if they want some blood."

~

Over at the farmhouse, a loud voice boomed out. "Hoooooo!"
Stading at the doorway with his head peaking in was a large Arcanine, bulkier and with thicker fur than most of his species, his coat slightly more red than orange. He stood politely at the front door, his face a little concerned, waiting to see if anyone was at home.

((Baaaaaaaaaaaaz! Yay! XD

And hah, I've done kinda the same thing... Went on and on about how I loved my Reshiram character (Who I decided to have show up for a tiny bit), only to go searching through WoD just to find how to spell his name... lol))

"What th-- Oh look, it's mister Fuzzy Arcanine!!" Ghost said, grinning at Baaz.

"Ghost!" Baaz said with a grin. "It's good to see you, how have you and your family been doing? Are the rest of the household here?"

"From what I can tell.. Yep! Most of 'em are here! And we'll all fine!" Ghost replied, snickering as both Copper and Rust skedaddled over to her and Baaz. "So, what's up?" She asked, grinning.

"Hi!!" Rust and Copper said in unison, giving each other an awkward look as they realized they had said the same thing at the same time.

((*Sigh*
Sorry people, but progressing too fast for me. Catching up to 4+ pages every morning is just something I can't do. I wish you the best of fun, and Darkrai threatens you all with water guns, for some reason. o/ ))

Buzzard blinked open his eyes, staring down the steep hill at the farm below. He stood, stretching his wings and yawning. He wondered what everyone else was doing. Opening his wings wide, he jumped into the air and circled the farmhouse a few times before landing at the door, blinking at Baaz. He nodded a greeting.

Aanjay smiled darkly. "We might. Elite, perhaps? And after that, Champions and Grand Champions." She stared out the line of windows at the quiet arena below. "There are a couple new contenders that I think should be kept out of the Bloodmatch. The Garchomp, for example. I think it should start on one vs. one matches first, or with a team. Let it build up in the ranks - the people love to watch a high-rank Pokemon defend its title."

((Frak! 4 pages, guys?))

Solara blinked at Julius and Baaz's arrivals, giving quiet sounds of greeting. "Have you seen the humans? They're getting closer. Bolder." She scowled, tail flicking irritably. "They'll come for us soon."

Lyra blinked, and then leaped for Julius, grinning. She perched on top of his head, looking smug. Ha. The others couldn't get this high. They didn't have wings!

((*Blinks* I didn't think 4 pages was going overboard. Admitedly, I'm in a different time zone, offpeak hours doesn't really apply to me. Not to mention when I think back to early RotS it wasn't uncommon for me to see 30 pages spring up when I got up from bed. XD))

"Hey Kinds" Baaz grinned down at Rust and Copper. "Hope you haven't been driving your parents too insane." He winked at the two eeveelution crossbreeds, before looking up at Ghost and anyone nearby. "I saw the news. I've also been noticing abductions not too far away from where Lilith and I reside, wanted to check in with you all, make sure nobody here has been taken as well..." He whined, grasping the edge of Solara's telepathic message. This did not fill him with confidence. He saw Buzzard flying down, greeting him with a slow wag of his tail.

((I'll say. I remember times where I've had to read through something like 10 pages, if not more.. >.<))

Ghost sighed, glancing over at Kyuu. "Well.. Remi's gone..." She then let out a huff, "Honestly, can't this world stay peaceful for a bit?! We've already been through TWO freakin' wars in the last few years.. And now something like this?! AGH!!!!"

((Well, the time when I stopped with RotS was when it was about four-five pages per night. It just takes too much time to read trough it all.))

((I can understand that. Honestly? I was heartily tempted to not join in on this one myself. As fun as this RP is, it does cut into my mornings... And afternooons at times. I decided against common sense, as I am want to do, and keep having fun.))

Kyuu let out a soft whimper as she opened her eyes. She had been trying to contact Remi over their psychic connection, but only recieved broken images. Cages, some human grabbing him, pain...she didn't like it, not at all. Her tail lashed behind her, hitting a small table and breaking it as it flew halfway across the room. She let out a squeak. "I'm sorry!"

Arkon smiled at Baaz, his tail wagging. He always liked the older-"AH!" He jumped over to the Arcanine and hid under him with a whimper as the table shot across the room. "...Hi...." He said sheepishly, peeking up through Baaz's legs.

--

Remi sighed as the others spoke, not wanting to admit it but..they were right. He really, really hated humans at this point. His tail flicked gently as he looked down at the little pokemon that was sniffing him and gave it a warm smile. "Hello there.."

Kanna nodded as she crossed her arms, her eyes focused out the window but not seeing it. She only saw the money they would be making from all this. "Of course. If I wasn't so disgusted by the scent of those pokemon I'd want to see what we've acquired in person." She shuddered at the thought, then smirked at her Mismagius. Ghost pokemon didn't have a smell to them, which was the reason she trained that type and Only that type. "Shall we begin the steps to set up our new ranks then? I'm sure it will only take a day or so.

Diablo curiously watched everyone talk trying best to ignore the pitiful crying charmander in the cage, he looked at the new kid "Thing isn't going to last very long I say we use it as death fodder for make the humans happy" his face twisted in disgust "probably what the thing came here for anyways!"

Jaws hissed, deciding to ignore the mutated snot rocket that was talking to him.
