Baine grumbled, managing to stand up. "Oof. Getting tackled by a Garchomp hurts.. ... ... ....... Wait... ..." He trailed off, blushing.

Theia looked up and then nodded, backing up a little bit. "That's him..."

Aeris giggled and smiled at Baine. "You two are cute together by the way. Even if Uncle Garchomp is a complete Jerk."

((*Highfives Aeris* My thoughts exactly! .... ... What? XD))

Baine's blush reddened even more, and stayed that way even when his expression turned from embarassment to indignancy. "Garchomp is NOT a jerk!" He said, huffing.

"YOU didn't have to grow up with him." Aeris pointed out, still using the markers on his face. "Lucky you."

Zap and Sparky began slowly and quietly approaching each other.

Baine stuck his tongue out at Aeris.

Theia watched quietly, glancing at her mother and smiling.

Aeris pointed a marker threateningly at Baine.

The pair finally reached each other, "Daddy?" Zap squeaked.

Sparky smiled, tears starting to drop from his eyes, "Yup! I'm your daddy..."

Zap tacklehugged Sparky.

Baine raised an eyebrow, "Like a marker would scare me." He said, blowing out a small Ember at the marker.

Theia giggled, happy for the pair. Delora smiled, glad that they got the chance to meet.

Aeris scowled and dropped the marker, then picked up a few others. She let out a sound almost like a growl then lept to try and tackle Baine.

"GAH! WHAT'S WITH DRAGONS TACKLING ME TODAY?!" Baine screeched, stumbling backwards as he tried to dodge the tackle.

"What, don't you wanna match your lover boy?" Aeris teased, grinning as she held up the marker. She thumped her tail against the ground, then went for another tackle.

Baine blushed even more, flailed, then fired off a pulse of energy at Aeris before skedaddling away again.

Baine used Dragon Pulse!

Aeris squeaked as she landed on her behind, whimpering. She pouted as she looked up, tail thumping on the floor. "Oww..."

"Hah!" Baine said triumphantly, "Take that!"

Dragonite grabbed Baine by the throat, "Listen buddy....I don't care if my leader's your new boy toy....launch another attack at my daughter again and I will destroy you...leaving nothing but ectoplasm on the floor."

"Gack!" Baine gasped, flailing around. He attempted to swat Dragonite away with his tail.

Baine used Dragon Tail!

Dragonite winced and let go when the tail struck him.

Baine skedaddled across the room, trying to get as far away from the angry Dragonite as possible.

Solara stretched, looking at the others, "...Something tells me they're going to regret a lot of this over the next few days." She looked at the bottles of eggnog that were out and about and shook her head. "I dealt with stuff like that back in my days in the cage. Well, no. I didn't, but I saw the humans act like that a few times when something exciting happened."
