Not sure about you or your friend, but I know when I was really depressed, being motivated to go get the help I know I needed was extremely hard. Maybe she needs one of you to take her hand and go with her to make an appointment with a someone, get the ball rolling.
Alternatively, perhaps getting together with your friend and doing something fun and Don't talk about the problem, just focus on having fun, sometimes if you focus on a problem to much, it can consume...so breaking away and doing something fun and different can be a much needed break from the circle.

I can't celebrate someones death no matter how bad that person is. It makes me feel really uncomfortable and horrble inside. It really does! So please don't force me to celebrate this persons death. Some of the ways people are celebrating are making them sound as bad as the person they hated @.@
You can do what ever you want just don't make me join in please and don't tell me I'm a bad person or that I support what they beleaved in too because that's a giant lie.

Thankfully they've stopped for now, but I still hate living in this city. Not much I can do about that now since we live in a house, though. *sigh*

If I could physically take her, I would, but unfortunately she lives down in Colorado while I'm up here in Washington. I tend to have a lot of long distance friendships and god does it seems to screw me over x:
But we do play online games together -- her, my girlfriend, and I. But even that doesn't help sometimes cause just last night we were laughing and having fun and one small thing reminded her of something bad and she got really quiet and withdrawn for awhile afterwards.

Hearing all the stuff about Oktober (like the 2nd biggest studio in NZ next to Weta) closeing down untill july. Sorry “hibernating” and the fact Weta themselves where feeling the pain last year and it was only when James cameran said he’d make the next 3 Avatars here that the gonervment started to care it was way too late for Ocktober! from a studio that was like around 150 people they had to let go of around 100 people!
Fuck New zealand sometimes man.
I will say that for that I'm pretty drunk at the moment but it's still true. Read up on it it's not that good for us :S

When you see people on Tumblr who attack people for having a phobia like a fear of spiders or something and go on about how they are "uneducated assholes" because these people love spiders and stuff and then those people turn around and say don't make fun of people with a "real" phobia like the ones I have and then they list off things like heights, deep water, big fish (always funny when you find out this after seeing them saying people who are scared of sharks are dumb) or even like meeting new people.
It's stupid really. Just because you like spiders and snakes and stuff does not make someone who has a phobia of them an idiot and yet you treat them like they are.
I think it's worse when they try and "educate" people on things and all it is is them talking down to people.

Got my Defender of a Shattered World title with the help of some friends but what fucking sucks is I didn't know the fights and my girlfriend when we all died got upset and left the group which in turn makes me feel like shit I hope I didn't ruin our relationship at the cost of a fucking title. I am just lucky they stayed even though we died and as leader I sucked.

So we're all falling out with one of our closest friends and pretty fast. And this is a problem. Me and several of my closest friends have all had issues with her as of recent and it's not the first time, but it's starting to escalate out of control. To put it simply, she's recently become a snappy, moody and pretty childish bitch. And suddenly everything has to be about her. None of us ever had issues with her before, at least not serious ones, but it started about a month ago when we were playing the Game of Thrones board game (Well, I was watching, I don't like board games.) and my fiancé and one of our other friends were busy attacking each other, she's playing just fine, no one's attacked her yet, and the minute someone goes to attack her? THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE. She started whining like a child about how he was trying to help my fiancé win?! Even though he was being attacked for the majority of the game? Uhhh... okay then. We shrugged that one off and we were essentially forced to let her win the game so she'd quit whining. We didn't think much of it, but we knew our friend was pretty pissed off about it.
Then came the day we had a picnic in the park about two weeks ago. All was fine and dandy, she was being friendly and fun as she usually is, but some nobheads decided they wanted our spot, despite the GIANT FIELD around us they could've used, to play cricket. We were forced to move and we were all pretty full of food and tired by this point so we decided to head back to my house for a rest since it was the closest... UNACCEPTABLE to her though because SHE wanted to sit out in the sun a little longer. We pretty much ignored her whining but when we got inside she would not. shut. up. We were all forced to go back out even though none of us were in the mood just so she could sit in the sun longer. And even after we did that, she wouldn't shut up about how 'lazy' we all were, even though she was happily lying out in the sun. Again, none of us were amused by this at all.
And then came the best bit. Most Saturdays my fiancé goes around to their house to play RPGs with them, I'm not interested so it's good for me to get some time to myself, but that time I decided to head over a bit later to talk to one of my friends who also doesn't play while they got on with it. An hour or so after I arrived, same friend that had an issue with her during the board game came storming downstairs, looked kinda frustrated and started ranting about what happened. She'd essentially forced the entire group to heal her while other friend here was very close to dying and, thanks to that, he had died and couldn't do anything else for the remainder of the turn. Then, when everyone was close to dying, my fiancé, being the DM, decided to try and be nice to her and said she could either pick her weapon being broken or dying. And apparently when he mentioned the option of breaking her weapon, she *threw a rubber at him*. And I'm not talking about the small pathetic ones, I'm talking about those huge heavy pink brick ones. According to him, it looked like she was aiming at his face. He was *not* pleased, but he's too much of a softy, and he let it slide. So, erm, no, apparently her weapon breaking was too bad and she picked to die inside... which makes no sense cause she lost her weapon that way anyway, everyone else died and it was pretty much all her fault.
I'll not forget to mention that every single time we go over for a casual movie night, it *has* to become a drinking night. She buys butt-tons of alcohol and whines if we don't drink it because she spent so much money on it even though none of us wanted to do this in the first place. She's also got completely smashed right in front of us and her girlfriend while we've had no interest in drinking, she's told us very personal things about her girlfriend that we're not comfortable talking about and her girlfriend most certainly isn't, poor girl. At one point she got so drunk that when most of us migrated downstairs to talk in peace and quiet, she barely even noticed we'd gone.
This is the same friend that, last year, when a personal issue arose right before we were about to head out shopping, I told her I couldn't come last minute and she *attacked me*. Yes, seriously. She threw a punch at my face and when she missed she threw a heavy pillow at me. Didn't exactly hurt but... yeah. Made me very upset. She never apologised for it but shrugged it off like she didn't mean it, never directly apologised to me.
Now while it could be as simple as 'talk to her about it as a group and express that you all have similar concerns', she'd *throw a fit* as you might imagine. No one wants to say a word because of how she may possibly react. Another problem is that we can't just get rid of her. My other friends live with her currently and we already signed a contract to live with her for another year starting June. It's really sad for me, for almost five years now she'd been a close friend of mine but her actions recently are really concerning to us and I'm not sure I can deal with this for another year to come. My fiancé, who moved in with me last year and so has only known my friends for just under a year now, has already had enough of her. :/ It's such a shame she has to be this way.
TL;DR: One of my close friends has turned into a bitch wat do

Well hun, since you're stuck with her, you may need to sit her down with EVERYONE, maybe have you guys write letters to voice how you feel and read them aloud to her.

I know, Junrei. :/ I'm aware it's pretty much the only way out.
Another rant yay: Bronies have ruined this fandom for me, woo hoo. On Facebook, while all my female pony-fan friends are posting cute artwork of ponies, the males always seem to be posting 'funny' pictures like 'ass shot compilations'. ... Yeah. No. Just... no. Stop. I joined this fandom for cute fluffy colourful ponies, not weird shit like this.

Bronies. The CREEPY ones have no business in the fandom. They created the term brony just to give MLP a male spin. I generally am VERY annoyed by them too. I have a Pinkie Pie that hangs from my rear view mirror in my car and on campus one day this guy next to me saw it and went "God Pinkie is hot. I'd tap that." - Yeah. No. Ew. The thing is that the cartoon in itself was made for a target audience of little girls. That's just simple fact. I tend to dislike bronies and the term brony because it's a male audience that has made the show about them and only what they want. To be honest being attracted to a cartoon pony off a child's show is borderline disgusting and I'm forever creeped out by the sexualizing of a show made for little girls. - Note that doesn't mean that men can't like MLP but as far as I'm concerned you've no right to make this show about YOU and pretend you're some trendsetting god because you like a little girls show about ponies. - Wow ok.. I have many feels on that subject sorry.

Don't just bash the male ones the female ones can be just as bad. Some are even worse IMO. That Pinkiepony person and what she thought of that kid who was in the coma is by fair worse in my mind then drawing a sexy pony.
Every fandom has their creeps but my god the MLP fandom has the worst and most vocal ones I've ever seen

That's MY personal experience. I've met very tame female fans. It's still and will always be gross to sexualize a children's show. I do agree on the later statement though. It seemed very fun in the beginning. I dont know what possessed these people to go insane.

Might have to do with the fact no one at the start told anyone not too do these things until it was too late. :/ Least that's what I think might of been the issue. I also don't think the fact that the writers started to pander to the bronies helped the issue too.
I've totally given up on that show. Half of it was the fans (both "bronies" and the non "bronies" as they can be as bad sometimes) and the other half was the quality of the show's writing and animation. XD
