With Darkrai close, Metagross opted to use a supereffective attack

Metagross used Hammer Arm

Speck took the attack for Darkrai, flung back to the earth. The haunter scowled tiredly, and darted upright to strike the Metagross, trying to smash it in the face.

Speck used Shadow Punch!

((Just READ it, Bluddy. It's not that many pages.))

Darkrai growled, and made sure to keep the Metagross at a safe distance this time. He started raising his shields again.
Darkrai used Defend!

Garchomp woke up, panting.

He flew at the haunter and sunk his teeth into it

Garchomp used Crunch

Darkrai tackled the Garchomp, and, hugging it, threw it away from the Haunter. He started shooting out Dark Pulses at it.

Darkrai used Dark Pulse!

Speck yelped at the surprise attack, but with Darkrai's aid, she was able to right herself and not crash to the ground. "Ow," She muttered darkly. While the Garchomp was distracted, she lashed out at the Metagross again.

Speck used Night Shade!

Garchomp stopped himself in midair, taking most of the pulses. He charged at Darkrai with great power

Garchomp used Giga Impact

Metagross started to quickly jab at Speck as he took the Night Shade

Metagross used Bullet Punch

Speck cried out in pain, retreating. She said quietly, "Can't do much if you're asleep." and followed this up with a soothing, hypnotic hum to try and make the Metagross fall asleep.

Speck used Hypnosis on Metagross!

Metagross fell asleep.

He started muttering in his sleep, swinging an arm at Speck.

Metagross used Sleep Talk

Metagross used Meteor Mash

Sparky and Chomp got up from the earlier Explosions.

Sparky charged at Tyranitar

Sparky used Volt Tackle

Chomp leapt at Salamence

Chomp used Ice Fang

Speck yelped, flung back from the blow. She crashed to the earth, lying there for a few seconds, resting. "Stupid...Metagross..." She hissed wrathfully, and then attacked his dreams, taking energy from them to rejuvenate herself.

Speck used Dream Eater!

Metagross roared and began to mutter again

Metagross used sleep talk

Metagross used Psychic

Speck recoiled, trying to calm her now aching head. After a few minutes, she felt somewhat better, the piercing pain fading a bit. She then attacked the sleeping Metagross, twisting his dreams.

Speck used Nightmare!

The Metagross roared.

Tyranitar looked around, "Where the hell are you Baine?"

Sparky crashed into the dinosaur "GAAH! You little rodent! I'll kill you!"

Tyranitar used Stone Edge.

Speck cackled from where she was, twisting the dreams of the Metagross, poking through memories to give him a horrible nightmare. The nightmare she created sent the Metagross back to the lab where it was once in its past. Scared. Lost. Alone. Unable to do anything, trapped, with the humans coming closer...

Then Metagross started yelling, "NO!!! DON'T MAKE ME RELIVE THIS! GAAAAAH!"

Sparky was sent flying by the Stone Edge

Tyranitar grabbed the mouse by the tail, "HEY HAUNTER!"

He held Sparky up, "I suggest you leave my pal alone or else this little rodent here may just end up dead!"

Darkrai joined in on the nightmare, intensifying it. He started draining the Metagross' energy.

Darkrai used Nightmare! Darkrai used Dream Eater!

Several of the Unown popped in near the Tyranitar, surounding it, the melodious singing growing intenser as they came closer to it, rotating nasueatingly fast.
Unown used Teleport! The Tyranitar Disappeared!

"About time you guys showed up!"
"Pleasure to help you, master."
The Unown's tone seemed... Sarcastic.

Speck hadn't quite been paying attention, focusing on the Metagross. "For all the pain you inflicted on my friends. For the life you took, you will feel in your nightmares, Metagross." She snarled.

Solara gave a small moan, the sound of combat causing her to wake up. "We're...under attack? Again...?" She asked fuzzily, confused.
