I finished my Vivillon collection up a week or so ago and had spares of Icy Snow, Sun and River but traded them all off to people on the Serebii forums. D: Also my local pattern is just Garden but everyone has that so meh boring.

Hint though. Use the dedicated Vivillon thread on the Serebii forums. It's SO useful, it's how I got a bunch of mine.

Slowly filling up my 6th box with Goletts...make good wondertrade material at least (still can't get over that I got a Zygarde from wondertrade). I dunno why I'm hopeful I'll get a shiny...I've been thru millions of pokemon and never had one...

I am no longer the only person in the world who hasn't even caught at least ONE shiny... Was looking for good Mareep and ended up running into a shiny Wingull in a horde. I almost dropped my 3DS...

I'm the only one who has never caught a shiny! ;_;

Alright. So I don't know what I want my Noivern to know. What are the best moves for him to have? o3o
Also debating on trying my first IV breeding. I've never done it before.. But I love Noivern so much aaagh~

Heheh, just popping in here to mention.. Anyone who is doing a MM Shiny Hunt and is still in the first few hundreds of eggs? Yeah, don't give up. XD I had to go through WELL over 900 (Probably close to 1000, honestly.) Charmander eggs in X to get my Shiny one (Yes, my Shiny Charmander I said I wanted to get. He's now a gorgeous Shiny Charizard <3), so really 100-300 isn't that much when it comes to hunts XD Just keep going at it, and hopefully you guys will get your Shinies sooner than I did XD


Anyway, yeah, hi, I exist again. Juuust sorta coming out of lurkerdom a little here. In other news, I'm loving Pokemon X. Have had.. Decent luck with Shinies so far in this game. Got a Shiny Dugtrio in a Friend Safari (I think it was Magna's, actually. XD), a Shiny Spritzee in another, and after an annoying hunt a Shiny Dragonair from another. <3 Along with my Shiny Charmander.. I've gotten some nice Shinies in this game~ I'm currently doing a hunt for a Shiny Swablu, and will likely end up doing a full-on hunt for a Shiny Braixen in the Friend Safari soon. <3

I still haven't caught a shiny! I'm not counting the three shinies that were released in the special event. They weren't in the wild, and all I did was walk into Gamestop and tap a couple buttons. So as far as actually encountering and capturing a shiny in the wild.....nope.

Yeah, still sitting here since Yellow shiniless...I glower at peeps who said they were too easy to get in this game and they're being devalued...devalued from what?!

Have yet to see my shiny manectric or shiny eevee, on the topic of shinies. Then again, I haven't tried the past couple of days for fear of my sanity.

This. I have to take breaks from my shiny Ponyta hunt or I'll end up going mad, and that's one shiny I've wanted and have hunted unsuccessfully for years now. I know I could just breed for one, but I don't know how to put this, but, mass breeding makes me uncomfortable. It just feels wrong to me, and I've always felt that way since Diamond where I tried breeding for a correct natured Riolu for competitive battling (and gave up after one box full of puppies) because I felt so horrible. I know I'm weird, comes with having a giant-sized conscience, I guess.

I have yet to see a shiny in X, but I don't hardcore hunt either. If I hunt for too long, I stop playing. I haven't played White 2 in over a year because I got so tired of trying to make Latias shiny (have wanted one since I pulled a shiny Latias card from a pack forever ago) I also haven't touched Platinum since last I tried to make Giratina shiny. I had decent shiny luck in Crystal but they were easier to get then. I didn't get another one until SS (Horsea) and my little bro deleted the game The only shiny I have that I found myself now is a f***in' Vanniluxe that I found in Black while grinding levels so while I have see some, it probably would have been better if I hadn't

Damn. Why can't I run into shinies in friend Safaris. XD

The Wingull was only the second ever shiny I personally ran into. The other was a suicidal Graveler back in Silver. Anyways, I'm currently in the middle of trying to hatch my shiny Vulpix. I'm at about 150 eggs so far and I feel I have a long way to go. XD

Hmmmm now what would baby versions of the 3 legendary birds look like? Chickens I'd say

Tho I gotta admit, I do find it funny the day-care man still acts surprised to see my guys with an egg...come on dude, it's been over 200 eggs now.

My Eeeveelution phone case came today! Along with my Sylveon plush. They're both VERY adorable. I thought the phone case would be shoddy since its not made by a recognized big company and I'm very glad I was wrong. It's very classy, well made, colorful and bright and just all around adorable.
