I hate when my girlfriend isn't feeling well and I can't help, it makes me feel useless...
I'm also growing extremely short-tempered when it comes to her mother because her mother refuses to see reason when it comes to my girlfriend's and my relationship. She was fine with my girlfriend being asexual, didn't make a fuss about "not getting grandbabies" or anything... but the moment she said that she was dating another woman, her mother shut her down and told her point-blank that "she could have all the internet/long distance relationships she wanted, but we aren't allowed to see one another".
She refuses to even take my offer to question me hardcore and she has my girlfriend basically fucking trapped with her because her mother is so scared to let her go and be her own person. Oh, and have I mentioned that my girlfriend is fucking twenty?
I'm just so frustrated and whenever I get riled up on the topic it drives me to fucking tears because I don't want to be kept away from my girlfriend forever, I want her mother to see reason with this and stop trying to force men on my girlfriend, and fuck all I don't want my girlfriend or I to have her family on sour tones with us because I don't want to be the in-law that everyone hates but the more I think about it, the more she's either going to have to do something about her mother and tell her that she's just going to have to deal with this or I'll have to do something.
Her mother can throw all the fucking fits she wants at me, I'm not going to let her get between me and my girlfriend just because she has problems letting go and letting her daughter actually live her own fucking life.

Made an offer on a DC trading site. I wanted a brown copper egg for my silver egg.
One offer... A green copper egg.
Uhmmm...
I asked for brown because that's the only colour of copper dragon I don't have..
s:
I will probably accept the offer, since I have no way of communicating with them and I would feel like total jerkass if I didn't anyway.
Oh well. I can always trade something else.

Azeroth Choppers.
Yeah, it's stupid, it's off the marketing demographic of the game, blah blah blah.
But what really irritates me?
It won't matter what the bikes look like. The Alliance bike could be shaped by the hand of God Himself and powered by the ineffable farts of Satan, leaving luminescent rainbow Tron Walls in its wake, and the Horde bike could be made out of Lincoln Logs and zip-ties and people would STILL ALL VOTE FOR THE HORDE BIKE.
BECAUSE HORDE. RARRRRRR. LOL RAR HORDE SAVAGE RAARRR OMG WTF BBQ RAARRRGGHALDKFJLSDKFJLDKSFJ. SAVAGE!!!
Guh.

i feel like im gonna cry fujknig
im overthinking moving again i dont know whats gonna happen or what im gonna do when i get there i’ve never lived with anyone who isnt blood related to me and it’s making me anxious and nervous im literally leaving the city i’ve lived 19 years in i’ve not lived anywhere else and now im not only leaving that safety im also leaping pretty fuckin’ far away from that safety zone too and that spiraled me into the thoughts of “what if it doesnt work out????” started my grandma specifically said that there was no easy way for them to come pick me back up if things didnt work and it isnt like i can drive myself back either
i want out of my grandparents’ house and they want me out too but i feel like there’s a cloud of impending doom hanging over my head i dont know what to do and it’s freaking me out hhhhhh

Alex, change is scary, and sometimes it's a leap of faith. Do you really want to have the regret of "what if?" Perhaps it would help to talk out your fears with the person you'll be living with?

I don't want the regret, I want out of my grandparents' house and to be able to find a job and be a hell of a lot closer to my girlfriend too.
And I've already talked my fears out with the person I'm moving in with, and she said the same exact thing -- that it's a leap of faith and I need to trust. But the friend I'm moving in with is the one I've posted about before, the one who is borderline suicidal and who keeps dipping and relapsing and is the closest thing to scale-tipping that I think I've ever seen.
One wrong word or one wrong thing sets her off.
Fuck's sake, my girlfriend changed her name on Steam and the friend had a fit about it and whined at my girlfriend to change it back or at least add "Star" to the name (it's a thing that our friend group has going right now) so that "the friend circle wouldn't be broken". My girlfriend complied, but then me and the other friend were dicking around and jokingly changed our names as well, but kept "Star" in the names. The friend literally had a break/meltdown about it, and then accused us of not caring about her. Both my girlfriend and I and our other friend have heard this song and dance a lot before, and my girlfriend reassured her that we did care, but the friend didn't respond and later removed herself from our Skype group.
I just... that got me on the thought path of "how am I going to handle this face-to-face when I can't even handle it over the internet?" I don't know what I'm going to do, and I don't want my own mentality and moods to worsen by exposing myself directly to that, especially when I am extremely in-tune to people's emotions, good or bad. Hell, even over the internet, when my girlfriend feels bad I start feeling horrible too.

I have to admit, Alex, that friend sounds *extremely* unhealthy to live with. Is there any possible way to arrange something else? Because it sounds like you'd be miserable around that person all the time.

Alright, I can see your concerns. Would it be possible to move in with someone else? It seems like your room mate concern is really the only thing holding you back. Fix that and everything else can fall into place. <Edit> And I agree with Lupis. It doesn't sound like a healthy situation to be around.

Unfortunately, she's the only one down there I can live with. My girlfriend and her mother wouldn't be able to support another mouth, and her mother doesn't like me on the default that I'm dating her daughter. It's either move in with her, or stay in my grandparents' house and get continuously nagged and pushed and arm-twisted into things I don't want to do or can't do by default.
Either way feels like a lose-lose.
I'm also moving into a house that's about the size of a small apartment. With my friend and her mother. And their 3 cats. On a very low-income.
Honestly though, the low-income doesn't bother me and the size of the house doesn't either because I've lived in a small space like that before, but never with people I'm not blood related with.
She's also told me multiple times that if she were to off herself, her mother and family would still take me in because they know I can't keep living here, but... ugh.

I'm glad I get to stay with my mum for the next few days. I've really been needing to distance myself from people. One friend in particular I think I was ready to punch if I couldn't escape him.

So another shooting in the US and what do i see on social media? Australians advocating for MORE guns here? Seriously wtf is wrong with people?? "it happened in a gun free state so no one had guns to defend themselves" WHAT! When have you ever heard of someone firing back in a mass shooting? Never. And using the logic "if you advocate for tight gun controls you advocate for ppl being able to rape and rob you" WHAT! What planet do these people even freakin live on!! I'm sorry but Howard was right - no one needs a semi-automatic freakin gun. How many mass shootings have we had since port arthur? None. If thats not enough to convince them...heaven help us

Cali isn't a gun free state though. That creep was able to legally buy the weapons he used there. I don't think we have gun free states here in the US.
Even without guns that entitled manchild still killed at least three people by stabbing them and ran over at least one person...
When that female senator(?) got shot in the head and lived, there actually was another guy with a gun there, who tried to stop the shooter and failed, nearly hitting the people who DID stop the shooter in the attempt.

The ironic thing is one of these morons said we should have more open gun laws like in NZ cause no one is ever shot there....

This person also wrote a massive post about how Cali was a gun free area and all shootings happen in states where there is tight gun control - which is innocrrect by my undertsanding. Its just mind boggling how some think more guns = less shooting...
