Thanks Tarn! I'm so glad you liked them I made a couple of shinier versions. The grey-faced one isn't as different to the previous one. The pink-faced one is a lot brighter:

The red with purple crest is surprisingly pretty, although it's not one of my favourite colour combinations. I REALLY adore the first red basilisk with the dark crest (my favourite of the lot), and while the second red shade isn't my favourite, I like how the whiskers stand out. Really nice work!

I am rather smitten with the yellow and red too, although it is rather garish, but this shade of red is spot on. And I would DEFINITELY tame the red with the turquoise crest any day.

Would a white/albino raptor be possible? I'd love to see one. It's the only "reptilian" type beast without a white variation, which makes my human hunter sad. <.<

Also.... Have you done Outland raptors? I don't recall you doing those... :O

Well Zed, I'm not sure these are all to your taste, but here's a range of green things from the mobs you asked for. Unfortunately green can be a bit of a problem colour at times... on many things it just looks like they're coated in slime :/ It's not that I don't like the colour, but I rarely seem to come up with green things I'm happy with. Still, here's what I came up with tonight:

Chimaeras. One is just a darker, more desaturated version of the other:



Wind Serpents (old model). Two green ones, and a kind of pretty cyan I made accidentally:



As for Outland Wind Serpents, there's already a green one that is very similar to your colour scheme (green with black belly). I just made one that was a bit brighter green, but otherwise not too different:



Finally, four slimy bone spiders. I know the more yellow/olive green on the third isn't your thing, but I liked it and kept it in:

For the bone spiders, again, my fault for not being clear. Really should get more sleep. I wanted to see all sorts of colors since this skin is my favorite and I hadn't seen you tackle the bone spider model yet. I apologize for the confusion. But oh how I appreciate your tackling these recolors.

My color scheme is predominantly black with those accents of bright lime green. Black or graphite gray.

I haven't done Outland raptors yet. Well I have tried a few but didn't make enough I liked at the time and then I got distracted.

As for white raptors, I'm afraid I didn't have much time left tonight. Just one quick experiment. White with gold markings:

Definitely liking that raptor! You can really appreciate how detailed the skin is without BRIGHTCOLORSEVERYWHERE.

Thanks guys, glad you liked it I'm thinking I should have made its bling a different colour. The yellow just makes it all a bit the same. I also need to darken the talons... they lost a bit too much in desaturation. I'll see if I can get some other white variants made as well, as I'm actually pretty happy with how this one turned out for a quick experiment
