His tameability has been reported before, too, since he's even flagged on live.

Yeah, even on live right now he's tagged as tameable. Only he's level 87 so obviously we can't tame him yet. I see no reason why they'd change it, though.

This...this crab is blue like this. And tameable? You're...sure?

Yes, tamed one myself! And it's not a single spawn, I saw at least two up at once.

Another couple of sea creatures that aren't likely to be tameable, but recording them here for interest's sake...
Seahorses have been added off the south-west coast of Zan'vess island in sw DW.
There seem to be two types, both neutral and non-elite:
Wild Seahorses are large and solitary, level 87. I saw at least a couple of colours, yellow and indigo. Maybe there are more.
Playful Seahorses are smaller and seem to swim at high speed in small packs of ~4. I saw indigo and light teal ones. Also level 87

Oooh, love the seahorses, Wain!
Teigan/Gorman, those crabs can be found all along the northern shore of Kun-Lai. There are at least 10 up at once.

Cavern of endless echoes, north central edge of valley of four winds
There are two spiders
Echoweb Spinner (yellow lava spider, ala Anthriss)
Echoweb Cinderfang (red lava spider, ala Skitter)
There are rocks blocking the cave but /tar and the target frame shows you. Because of rocks in the way, cant get beast lore. I cheesed eage eye to get this screenshot.

Indeed. I think that's the most beautiful of all the water strider designs

I didn't see any reports, but Needlebeak is now green.
All the Carp Hunters in the same vicinity are green now too.
Glade Singers are all green.
Glade Sprinters are all blue.
Glade Hunters are all brown (rusty red).

Whitefeather Cranes (Wandering Isle) are tameable now, and they're tiny once tamed!
To give you some perspective, here it is attacking one of its cousins:

Ash Moths (Wandering Isle) come in both the grey and white colours. They currently have a bug where their alpha mask isn't working so they look a bit odd. Also they're level 8, since that's not recorded.

A couple of changes of colour / renames, I think:
Gurthan Iron Maw, 87 Elite, Mogu'shan Palace, just inside the entrance. Two colours, grey and white (which actually look more like copper-grey and purple-grey), tameable. I think they're the ones you have listed as "Gurthan Quilen", except the red colour has been removed.
The ones you have listed as "Gurthan Sentry Quilen" are now just "Gurthan Quilen" (they have the <Gurthan Scrapper's Minion> title). They also just have the grey and white skins now, no red.
The latter are in the boss fight and don't seem to be tameable or attackable even after the fight starts with that clan. Mu'Shiba was targettable and attackable (but not tameable), but not the other quilen. Do they join the fight later or something? I was soloing and couldn't last long enough to find out.

Terracotta Defender in the Tomb of the Conquerors in KLS is now a plain amethyst quilen. I didn't see any mention of that. Even if you've done the quest chain (and are in a later phase) it's still visible and tameable if activated. I think someone else activated it, but I couldn't see the player. I managed to tame it though. Then again, maybe it just randomly activated...

@Wain We figured this out earlier in the week, but no one posted it. Thanks for remembering!

I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed when my Panzer turned purple, but eh, I like the new Portent skins much better than the gemmed green.
