I'll send one your way when I get one. I really wish Baldwin's thing weren't so RNG-y.
Also, I can't seem to grab Ambush for the life of me.

I think blue anything doesn't exist. It's so effing hard to get even when you scrap higher quality goods. I just started dropping piles of 1 star stuff into Baldwin since it's the same chance no matter what for the rare goods.

And here I thought I may have finally shaken off the curse of having the biggest jerk-bags in FR hatch the dragons I'm after. That's a big fat NOPE. That black cloud is still following me. Time to call it a night before my faith in/like of people is lowered any further.

It sure feels like Baldwin senses exactly which one I need and then refuses to make it.
And would it help if one of us bought the dragon and sent it to you, Ash?

Do I just suck at coli? By the time my dragons get enough breath for eliminate, they're pretty beat up. Eesh.

Same for me Novi. =/ Not sure if the zone I'm in is just hard or if I'm doing something wrong. Kinda gave up on coli for now because of it.

I think that's pretty average -- I had the same thing happen to me when I was leveling my own team awhile ago. It's hard-going when you don't have a team healer and requires a lot of patience, especially when you're needing to refresh every other battle to keep your dragons alive.

Yeah, I was going to set up a team healer but Duke's guide doesn't have one. I am considering changing that.

When i did my coli team i had to stay way below my own lvl of area in the start. Small xp´s. I dont got a healer but now my team works really well.. but it took some time. When you first have your first lvl 25 team you can use them to lvl up your other dragons

.... i havent got around to that really because well coli is boring!

I found that I was having the same problem until I got my ambushes. Now that I have two per dragon I'm not having any problems. I just bit the bullet and leveled them from 20 to 22 yesterday and didn't die even once. It was just very, very boring. All worth it when I convert the food though!
But yeah, the earlier levels are far slower going and definitely pretty unpleasant (I also used that guide).

I've been using that guide too and it's been super helpful!

I've had no problems so far by following it.
I've found in a lot of cases I just grin and bear the damage, even though my dragons are low health, once I do reach the point where they have enough breath for eliminates it doesn't even matter. I can tear through the enemies quickly enough that they hardly get a chance to do more damage. I did a continuous victory streak or whatever it's called with all three of my dragons hanging by a thread for a good 5-7 battles. Sometimes they'd die and actually get more health back for the next fight when they res. But I could just keep going as long as one or two survived.
I used to worry about them not being full health too but now I got into the habit of just rolling with it and in a lot of cases you can scrape by fine once you reach that breath threshold. At least that's what I've found. I still need to get a couple more ambushes and then I'll be super set, but until then I've been slowing down to a casual thing. Still, it didn't take long at all for my team to get to level 15 which is lightyears faster than my first time. I had no idea what I was doing back then.

That's cause Duke's focuses mostly on leveling exalt fodder trainers and coli farmers

This is my current healer:
Meditate
Contuse | Aid | Rally | Concentrate
3 Scholars
2 Disciplines
It isn't... what's the word... I had the word and lost it fuck
But anyways yea, his heals pack a punch and he can keep my team up easily

I got one, I'll send it over.
And yeah, debating a healer. I just wanted to get my first Coli team going to farm some items.

"Being pinged again is not appreciated."
Oh, boo hoo, you poor thing, having to clear out that notification. What an inconvenience ='(
Some people on FR are such stuck up assholes
This didn't happen to me but I saw it and it pissed me off so I'm bitching about it, heya.

I am not an 'uberbitch' for not being interested in a 70k treasure dragon with no tertiary gene.
I know what I am after, and that's not it. Sorry.

I'll fight them. Right now, I'll do it. I swear--
..There are probably very few dragons that will actually sell for 70k these days and you're not at all wrong for not wanting one that doesn't fit what you want or like. Especially if it's not fully gened

Yeah, it was pretty funny.

I know that I can be very blunt and opinionated. The only dragons I would pay more than 50k for are fully gened glimmers or cherubs. It's just the most off the wall name for me.
