I think it just lowers the chance to break the chain. I've yet to find a single shiny while fishing, but I've found three outside of it in X.

I'm currently hatching Numel's to get a shiny one. Does anyone wanna trade a Numel for a Skrelp?

Catch a Ditto and put it on the GTS in return for another Ditto. People are bound to trade a foreign one and it doesn't need to be Japanese either.

Would anyone be interested in doing some shiny trading? I've been spending far more time than I should just chaining for them and I've ended up with a few doubles I'd be interested in trading for something else.

Right now I have Basculin, Whiscash and Poliwhirl up for grabs. I also have Relicanth, Gyarados and Alomomola on me but those I only have one of at the moment.

Take it out and put it back in again. It'll put it back at the front of the queue. Barely anyone looks further down the list. Maybe you put it up during off-peak hours? *Shrug* I've traded multiple Dittos no problem, I'll give it another go if you guys have no luck with it and see what I can do?

LOL oops! XD I mean Gyarados. (Although I do have a shiny Rayquaza on my Emerald that I can dupe but.. Can't really access that yet. Plus the whole duping thing makes me wary of trading it around. I don't like asking for stuff in return for that one.)

Would've been pretty darn awesome though if you could just randomly fish him up from a river full of Magikarp and such. XD

I do love the idea of them putting in REALLY rare Pokémon, like, Pokémon that have a lesser chance to be found than a shiny, per example. Pokémon that normally only get handed out at events or something. I always thought it'd be awesome to be roaming around and all of a sudden a MEW appears.

I know it can be any foreign ditto and I can't trade something I can't even catch yet

Well I can give you my foreign Ditto, since I'm not going to need it while I'm doing all this chaining. I'll probably get another one through the Wonder Trade by the time I need one again.

Stats or nature don't really matter to me, so anything goes. <3 (Unless you happen to have ones with the Adaptability ability but that's highly unlikely so I can live without that.)

-pokes head in- I uh, have two shiny Wingulls and a Shiny Scorupi if anyone wants them. Still trying for that Vulpix. I think I'll just drop the rest of these guys on Wonder Trade.

Also, I saw a shiny Honedge... and a Shiny Pumpakoo. Now I want them both.

I figured the Skorupi would be popular. XD S'very nice shiny. I was tempted by your Poliwhirl, Golden... But I remembered the ability I want is Drizzle and that's its hidden ability. I'm going to be chaining more shiny's later in horde battles, so I'll see what else I can find for people. For now... I guess best offers for Skorupi? XD It doesn't have to be shiny. It can be a nicely bred Pokemon.

The shinies I'm really looking for are Pumpakoo and Honedge.
