Azunara whirled with a snarl, feeling panicked. A small voice in her head quite contentedly said in a "Told you so" tone that she was acting much like Myri had when she had seen the mage again. Terrified, stunned, and pathetic. Worst, Tirrae was still out there and hurt. She tore after Nyrali, keeping pace. "We need to get more help and do something," She said, "I saw what...She did to...one of my friends, and it's not fun. We need to move fast before the Cult can hurt her."

Batlek, Doomguard and Tirrae, Azuremyst

Batlek calmly started casting curse after curse on the guards and others, intending to slow them down. On Nyrali he placed a new bane, causing the Doomguard to swing towards her, launching a shadowbolt at her. The cloud about him began to condense into a new arm, starting to act independently.
((Curse of Exhaustion on all, Bane of Agony on Nyrali.))

Tirrae winced and hissed again, glaring furiously at Senisra as she was forced to follow. She plotted random plans to violently kill the mage, wincing each time the burn was stretched. Once again she mentally reassured Myri, for now running on her anger.

Faron, Booty Bay

"I'm not much of a strategist, but their plans baffle even I. Should we see what's going on?"

Rosaliah--Booty Bay

Rose sighed and stood up from her chair, stretching. "Aye, I suppose we should. Maybe the goblins will have a bounty posted as well."

Sabra--Azuremyst Isle

Grinning, Sabra attempted to open a soul link to Azu, wanting the powerful shard for herself. ((Drain Soul--feel free to make it miss, Sabra's not as powerful as Batlek.))

As a distraction, she sent the felhunter after Nyrali. The demon chased after her hungrily, hoping for a magic user to be nearby. Lo'ki also tried to help, firing shadowbolts at the guards.

Azunara
Azuremyst

Azunara felt the gnawing again, but was glad to find it considerably weaker than Batlek's, which was good. With a furious cry, she focused her energies and snapped the link, shaking it off and pulling away from it, putting on a burst of speed.

Decay - Booty Bay

Decay sneaked up next to Faron and Rose, leaning against the wall behind them. "The problem is they don't let me plot. We go there, I say "Okay, let's figure something out", and before they know it they go out 'scouting' and get themselves killed and all manner of stupidity.", she said, sighing. "Ghouls are so much easier. You just tell them to shut up and be still, and they're quiet as the dead. Quite literally."

Cori - Azuremyst

Cori summoned holy barriers around everyone, and then lashed out with a Holy Word: Chastise at the ghost.

((Damage and three second stun. Instant cast.))

Nyrali and Senisra - Azuremyst

The draenei swore as she felt herself slow and cursed loudly in pain as Batlek's curses hit her. Nyrali slammed her helm back on her head and turned just in time to see the Fel Guard attack and raised her shield in an attempt protect herself from the blast. Growling in anger as she saw another minion coming, the warrior stomped her hooves powerfully on the ground trying to slow down the attacking Doom Guard and Fel Hunter, swinging her sword at the smaller demon as it approached ((Spell Reflect, Thunder Clap, and Rend)). "KEEP RUNNING!" She yelled at Azu and one of the guards as she tried to defend their backs.

Senisra observed the fight below with interest, not yet participating, since the draenei below were outnumbered and Batlek seemed to have things in hand. She bent down to pet Tirrae again, trying to scorch the scales that lined the warpstalkers spine. "They are an attractive race. But not as attractive as your master, wouldn't you agree dear?" she asked the warpstalker with a sly grin, enjoying the pain she knew Myri must be feeling through her spirit bond.

Myriana - Booty Bay

Myri kept staring ahead blankly, her only action was slamming her fist every time she felt Tirrae's pain.

Azunara
Azuremyst

Azunara paused in her tracks, turning and focusing her energies, snarling as she launched a blast at Batlek, trying to do what she can. She winced, staggering. She forced herself to keep running after, though not quite at the breakneck speed she had a few seconds ago. "Keep moving, keep moving. For Tirrae," She muttered.

Rosaliah--Booty Bay

Rose turned to Decay. "I don't know how you've put up with it for so long; it would drive me mad." The hunter smiled. "Always nice to meet another strategist."

Sabra--Azuremyst Isle

Sabra cursed as the ghost druid was able to shake her soul link. Oh well then, she'd focus on trying to get Nyrali for herself. Or at least one of the guards if she failed to get the warrior. She immediately launched a haze of curses at Nyrali, hoping to weaken the draenei ((Haunt, Curse of Elements, Bane of Doom, and Corruption)).

The fel hunter whined slightly as Nyrali swung her shield at it. It ignored the pain it was receiving, doing its best to snap back at the warrior, trying to knock either her shield or weapon out of her hand.
Lo'ki continued firing shadowbolts at the guards.

Azunara
Azuremyst

Azunara was completely caught off-guard by the sudden surge of holy energy that tore through her, and she fell to the ground, writhing and letting out a horrible wail of pain and fear, unable to get her limbs to move as she wanted them too. After a few seconds, the blazing, scorching pain ebbed to a tolerable level, and her limbs started to work. She pulled herself back on her feet, and moved from a slow walk into a trot, still attempting to flee.

Decay -

Decay nodded at the hunter, acknowledging the smile. "It's hard to not yell at them.", she agreed, shrugging. "Meh, they have an odd habit of surviving against all odds. The one time I did get to plot, though, we kicked ass. All those ghouls running all over... Glorious!", the death knight said with a warm grin.

Cori - Azuremyst

A slight grin spread over Cori's face as she heard the ghost wail, but it quickly faded, as she went back to healing her friends. She tossed a Renew and a Lesser Heal on the doomguard, ignoring the pain it would cause the demon. Healing was healing.

Nyrali - Azuremyst

The draenei screamed, trying to give courage to the others as she continued to attack the demons. She swung her sword again at the Fel Hunter trying to cleave it in two, before ducking down and swinging at the Doomguard in an attempt to hamstring it. ((Cleave and hamstring XD))

Sabra--Azuremyst Isle

The felhunter barely managed to avoid the blow, one of its tentacles being sliced off. It screeched in pain and attempted to tackle Nyrali.

Sabra grinned at the cry of pain--her curses must have landed. She quickly tried lashing out with a link to Nyrali's soul, wondering what the shard of Senisra's pet's look-a-like would look like. ((Soul Drain again, you're welcome to make it miss.))

Rosaliah--Booty Bay

Rose chuckled. "Aye, that was a hell of a distraction! If we could ever pull off something like that again, I could snipe them all to my heart's content."

Decay - Booty Bay

"I don't think I'll be able to get that many ghouls again, sadly." Decay replied, frowning. "But I think it went a long way to teaching them that there's a better way than just charging in like beheaded chickens. Hell, maybe next time they'll even be willing to do a basic flanking!"

Nyrali - Azuremyst

Feeling the tickle at her soul, the draenei screamed in fury. She charged Sabra and tried to slammed her sheild in the smug little troll's face in an attempt to stun her. ((charge and shield bash)).

Sabra--Azuremyst Isle

Before she knew what hit her, Sabra was on the ground, head feeling like it was whirling around. Lo'ki roared savagely and leapt at Nyrali, lacing his claws with shadow energy and trying to rip the warrior open.

Rosaliah--Booty Bay

Rose nodded at Decay. "Getting them to use a flanking maneuver would be nice. Learning to camouflage with their surroundings wouldn't be a bad start either."

Decay - Booty Bay

"That'd be an understatement.", Decay replied scowlfully. "I've seen skeletal grunts raised in the heat of battle by stressed necromancers strategize better than these people."

Rosaliah--Booty Bay

"So why do you follow them if they seem to frustrate you so much?" the hunter asked, feeling a little confused.

Nyrali and Senisra - Azuremyst

Nyrali pummeled Sabra in the head for good measure before giving a grunt of pain as the raptor attacked. She hated raptors. She whirled on Loki striking out with her sword from behind her sheild.

Senisra had to bite down her lip so hard that it bled, as she tried not to laugh in glee as Sabra went down like the annoy gnat she was.

Decay - Booty Bay

"As much as they annoy me, they're still my friends.", Decay said simply, shrugging.

Azunara
Azuremyst

Azunara kept running, though slowed her pace into an exhausted walk, once she heard the sound of conflict dim. The guard that had been running with her returned to the combat, and she hadn't heard anything from them since. She wanted to find somewhere safe, crawl up, and just hide and sleep forever. If only Tirrae weren't in trouble, then she'd do that.
