I'd forgotten about wolves. I think it'd be a nice addition to their emotes as well to show that they have a gentle side despite being aloof and more wild than dogs, good call, you two! Jumps/leaps up would work for the little demon dogs, though wolves and mastiffs are both pretty big, so it probably wouldn't work as well for them, and given how much they probably weigh, they'd more than likely knock their hunters down like a sapling if this game had actual physics. XD but that's still a great idea nonetheless!

Oh....oh god. These could get dirty. Literally.

Monkey casually drops a banana peel in front of <target> and waits for hijinks to ensue.
Monkey flings something smelly at <target> and runs to hide behind his master/mistress.
Monkey climbs the nearest tall object and emits a loud, ear-piercing howl.

The second and third ones are absolutely adorable, but the first one is eewwww. XD

I've got one: Monkey chatters quietly to himself/herself while he/she sneaks something shiny out of his/her master/mistress's pack before playfully darting away. Lookie what I've got!

How's that? Or even 'out of <target>'s pack' now that I think about it.

Moar!

Monkey climbs up his/her master/mistress's leg up to his/her arm and clings to it, hissing menacingly at anyone who comes close.
Monkey beats his/her tiny chest. Rawr, me scary!
Monkey scrambles up on top of his/her master/mistress's head and beats his/her tiny chest, stopping only to swipe at a bird flying nearby.

How about "Monkey sidles up to his/her master/mistress and shyly grabs his/her hand."

But then, I've always seen my Chistery as a touch bashful and needing reassurance on occasion. :D

Or

"Monkey sits on his/her master's/mistress' head (or %t, for fun with other players!) and begins to groom his/her hair, looking for bugs."

XD Ya'll are making me want a monkey!

Also theres a grammar issue with the wolf emote...

"Kaless sniff around, scenting prey."

I think its supposed to be "sniffs". XD

Monkey leaps onto his mistress's back and covers her eyes with his hands.
Monkey stands at attention and briskly salutes <target>.
Monkey hides under his master's shirt and climbs up his back, only his tail visible.

Some suggestions for Monkeys:

Monkey sidles up to his/her master/mistress, leaning against their leg and curling their tail gently around their ankle.
Monkey settles on his/her master/mistress's shoulder, looping his/her tail around them (or their upper arm).
Monkey picks up a stick, using it to draw patterns on the ground.

Monkey pulls a fried peanut butter and banana sandwich from <target's> pack and crams it into it's mouth quickly.

Yes, I have Elvis on the brain this morning. lol

Copy/pasting this idea from another thread to see if it's feasible for an update to PetEmote, since pet happiness will no longer be in game as of 4.1:
Wark wrote:I don't see why someone couldn't build a mod to track your pet's "happiness" if you wanted. How recently/often have you fed it, has it died much lately, etc. If anything I'd think a mod could make such a system "better" as you could decide what things would impact a pet's mood, as opposed to simply accepting a system balanced around game mechanics.
