I decided to try transferring my shiny Articuno after all and... SHE'S LEGIT!!! I'm so, so happy that it turns out I was worried over nothing (as weird as that sounds)! I'm still going to restart HeartGold to get shiny versions of her siblings so I can have my favorite Legendary Trio as shinies. I'm so happy right now eeeee!!!

Oh nice. It looks like the shiny Japanese mew my friend gave me is legitimate. That was really the only one I was worried about transferring. Still 10 or so boxes to go. I wonder if my other friend, who's downloading Guild Wars 2, will beat me?

*flops* I need a safari with Swirlix but the only person on this site or Magistream with said safari is one of those people who signed up particularly for nabbing other friend codes but they didn't even add codes to begin with as I ran around my building and found a hot spot to add their code in to access the safari. I really need a HA Swirlix, the normal ability is definitely a no if I'm to make it part of my team

Finally got my Pokemon transfer to work and promptly send my Luxray and Staraptor over to Y.


It feels SO GOOD to have them on my team again. I loved gen IV and Sphinx and Melody were the first two pokemon I caught after my starter. And they still kick butt as much as I remembered XD

I'm still transferring pokemon. Not happy with how they designed this at all. At least there are only a few boxes left to move.

These friend safari Swirlix are being evil. I caught half a box of them and none of them had Unburden. O_o *keeps trying*

I don't even know how to start the process. Like, I literally do not even know how one get's the PokeBank in the first place to start transferring xD I plan to make ample use of my bf for this He was always waaaaaay better regarding downloads and figuring out how to use them

Holy hell I just got a Machoke that evolved into Machamp and has the Pokerus virus....fuck yeah. I love the Wonder Trade.

You download BOTH pokebank AND poketransfer from the eShop and go from there, if oyu haven't made an account, you will be prompted to make one (pita imo). Verify via the email they send, and then start the looooooooong transfer process.

I wish it was possible to do more efficient sorting within the pokebank. You can search by name, type, nature and whatever else there is, but you can't sort by it. It annoys me.

Another thing, does anyone else here have cases of pokemon going missing? God knows how many pokemon I've had disappear on me. Just recently I learned that I had no Blastoise. I know for a fact that I have trained and evolved one for the sake of the pokedex, but there were none. Not even from the other games I've transferred from. I've lost a crap ton of pokemon from Heart Gold as well. Up until 4th gen, there were a total of, I think, 493 pokemon. I had all but five. FIVE! Where did those pokemon go? Meh..

Oh thank god its not just me.
My entire White 2 is EMPTY except a Fearow. At first I thought some one some how got ahold of my game and some how managed to clear it out. I know it wasn't me because my lvl 90 something Raichu (Rai-ai) and my lvl 100 Miltank weren't on either version. And I would NEVER trade them away D:
I didn't check the version first before trying to bring it up with Pokebank.. So maybe it erased everything? D:
