Ugh, starting up your lair again is really hard when you don't have time to spend hours farming for food because you're moving irl.

Like, I understand getting ninja'd on forum posts. But dude, you posted over a half hour after I did. How the hell did you manage to get the person before me and skip me?

Not to mention all the times I accidentally get in before somebody else, and they never go back to edit their post.

The amount of rude and extremely selfish/greedy people I keep running into on FR lately is stunning.

I really honestly need to start making a blacklist so I know who never to deal with again. :/

I spent so much time, treasure and effort getting my double mulberry/purple pair and only the boy had any interest. Maybe I priced them too high. Maybe lair space is too much of an issue. Maybe I chose unappealing breeds. Even when they're free they won't move. Whatever the reason I'm sorely disappointed in the lack of interest in them after the trouble I went through to get them.

Next, I've been looking at my lair lately and thinking of a purge. Not completely set on who to get rid of though. I'm also thinking of going on a breeding hiatus soon, barring breeding requests and pairs who won't get any changes, so that everyone is ready for when the new colours come out. But since I have no idea when that will be, especially when there's long gaps between colours like this, that could mean nothing from me for a long time.

I'm sorry Vare ;v; I don't know what to tell you. I know a lot of people it's lair space. And they are probably saving for new colors, too.
I felt the same way when no one wanted my double plat poitox babies. I gave the pair away because it made me feel so bad. Thankfully, they went to someone nice.

Still with me, I get too many dragon and I get the terrible feeling of something bad? I don't even know what it is. Like nervous, almost scared. :/ It's so, so dumb and I hate it.
I see so many gorgeous dragons I want but I don't get them because I am afraid I will just exalt or send them away a day or two later.
So I don't because I am afraid to hurt feelings. It's making me angry, I see so many people with lairs FILLED with beautiful dragons! Dressed, too! Why can't I do that? Why can't I just be *normal* for ONCE?

I want so badly to purchase more lair space. I have absolutely no lair space right now and I think I've culled all the dragons I really want to cull. Then I decide to breed my favorite pair and they have a 5 egg nest! Normally, I'd be ecstatic, but now I'm panicing about how in the heck I'm going to make enough room to hatch!?!

Vare, I think they're beautiful, but my lairs are getting full and I'm stuck in a weird spot with underbelly right now. I think it looks nice on a lot of dragons, but ever since glimmer came out, UB babies just don't move on the AH anymore.

And, no one ever here hardly ever buys/adopts any of the dragon hatchlings I breed. So I changed my line of thinking; I try not to let it get me down as much anymore. I understand that my combos aren't what's popular and that people are short on lair space. I breed for myself; I like seeing the results a lot of my pairs produce even if others don't want them so I show them off and sell everything for cheap on the AH. Lot easier to not take things personal that way as I'm sure no one is trying to insult you.

I've been very inactive on the site lately myself because it's just reached a point where I don't have much space, hatchlings never sell, and overall I'm not sure what I want to do with my lair anymore. I'm logging in to do daily stuff so I don't miss out on my favourite holiday, but otherwise I'm almost in a lull period/hiatus. Maybe until the new colours are released. I just don't have any inspiration at the moment.

soo much this... I bred mostly for myself. I dont expect to gain from the MASSIVE treasure i put into my pairs. I like my pairs. Sometimes i change them around a little because i myself get bored with them but not because of someone else... E.g. the thylacine babies from yesterday. They are at plaguemoms already because well i did not like them that much

I have felt a little sad that not more ppl participate in the show dragon but i also understand it can be frustrating to breed for exalt... and the lack of room and waiting for new colors can be frustrating.

For me its mostly lack of room... i have hatchlings everyday because i like to see hatchlings. There are sooo many pairs i want out there but not enough room

I loved the mulberry/purple imps. I just ran out of space and treasure. :/ I'm in the six figures per 5 spaces place and it's a pain, even with coli at my fingertips.

One person wrote to me asking if i wanted to hire them to write my bios instead of the one i have now (whom i really like) they said they were really talented and asked me to check out their own dragon bio :

Just say that you are looking for a little bit more than what you have seen in the examples. Kinda silly that they'd offer little short ones like that. I mean, I guess they're not terrible? But uh. Pretty short. lol

I'm going to be a bit cruel; unless that person's bios are for an AU version of FR, people don't exist in FR. There aren't people to be riding dragons and those bios that person wrote aren't really bios. They're a very brief description of a dragon's personality (if you can even call it that). Way too many explanation points and poor spelling/grammar. You were right to block them after they pestered you, Tarn.
