Batlek and Lightfur, Azuremyst

Batlek glared at the three pets, then howled, an unearthly sound designed to induce terror ((Howl of Terror)). "We can drain the worgen," he replied to Cori, then began cursing Arbenning. ((Curse of Weakness, Bane of Agony, Corruption, Unstable Affliction.))

Lightfur hummed to himself and began healing Batlek and Cori, trying to cure the poison. ((Remove Corruption))

Magna - Camp

Magna gently stroked the lion to calm him down.

Arbennig yelped. He did a leaping tackle at Batlek, aiming to bite his shoulders.

Cori - Cultist Camp

"Fine, the hunter trying to help it escape, then.", Cori said, grinning. They didn't have any use whatsoever for hunters. She quickly chanted a few small heals for Batlek, shuddering as she realized she was running out of mana again. At least her aura of holy energy would do something, she supposed.

Karma and Serenity--Azuremyst Isle

Karma and Serenity yelped and started running from the fear placed in their minds.

Myri azuremyst


Myri started to shake as flames wash over her for being so close to Willowe. she was an idiot. She Looked at Citi and Batlek, throwing a freezing trap at the priest and trying to tranq shot the warlock

Cori - Cultist Camp

Cori was halfway through casting a bigger heal, that would expend her last mana to consecrate the area under the majority of the cultist fighters, healing them all, when the trap hit her, sealing her inside a block of ice. She shot a cold glare at the hunter. That one was dying the moment she got out.

Batlek and Lightfur, Azuremyst

Batlek was nearly knocked over my Arbenning, but it did manage to push him out of the path of Myri's arrow. He snarled as the corehound bit him, the mist condensing again into flames to burn the beast. ((Shadowflame)) He chanted a quick spell to start siphoning life out of the corehound. ((Drain Life)) One hand twisted to grab the soul shard, threatening to shatter it.

Lightfur growled, turning into a cat to dart over to the ice. Turning back into a tauren, he stomped hard on the ground, causing it to quake and shake, trying to break open the ice block. ((Warstomp+Earth))

Magna - Camp

Arbennig yelped from the pain.

He bit the wrist holding the shard with one head, and tried to pull the shard away with the other.

Cori - Cultist Camp

The warstomp caused the iceblock to be knocked over to it's side, prompting a less than dignified grunt from Cori inside of it.

Asliasa and Iocha
Azuremyst

Asli ran a hand over the spot on Soshi's leg and blinked as it was healed. She looked over at Iocha and gave her a smile before she patted Soshi's leg. "Rest." She said simply as she stood and targeted Baltek to try and help Arbennig out, an arcane infused arrow flying from her crossbow.

Iocha sent a heal over to Willowe to try and help before she took a moment to try and catch her breath. She placed a water totem down to aid her. (( Mana tide totem ))

Azunara
Azuremyst

Azunara paced frenziedly as Arbennig went for the shard, tail lashing. "Don't let him break it!" She called, not sure what would happen to her if it did. "Go, Arbennig. Get everyone out of here. You got Tirrae, I'll be okay. Probably. What else can he do to me?" She asked. It hurt to say that, but they were looking tired and beaten up, the rescuers. There wasn't any point in them sticking around just for her, when they were that hurt. Or something like that. She shadowed Batlek by force, growling all the while.

The cult swept in to strike again, attacking the adventurers that were lingering behind, trying to overwhelm them.

The wound on the druid's leg stitched itself up thanks to Iocha's healing.

Cult and Stuff
Azuremyst

Several cult beasts went for Arbennig, a pair of shadowy panthers, a moth made out of plague, and a raptor made out of lightning. The shadowy cats tore at him, while the moth dropped poisonous spores above the corehound, hoping he might inhale them, and the raptor charged a bolt of lightning. Several stood guard by Cori.

Aravin swooped down to attack Myri, firing a ball of flames from his mouth, and Tara conjured a wave of flames, which swept towards her. ((Fireball/Flamestrike.))

((I'm baaacckk!!! and Sorry bout that guys. I was in a bad mood last night. Koz should be back up and moving by now I think))

Myriana, Swift, Nyrali, Senisra, etc - Azuyremyst

Myri tried to fire another tranquelizing shot at Batlek, sending Swift in to go help out Arbennig. The fox was halfway there as Myri got pelted by both fire attacks. She bit her lip to keep from screaming as she was burned again -she wasn't going to let the others worry about her anymore -before turning to trying to fire a concussive shot at Aravin. Swift changed his course despite Myri's wishes and charged at Tara, trying to latch onto her leg.

Senisra made her way to where she was seeing fire getting flung about. Fuming as she saw Tara attacking her toy, the mage screeched "She is MINE!" Hearing Senisra, Myri didn't panic. She was tired of being afraid. The hunter screamed in fury and turned to attacking her tormenter, firing off several arrows in a row ((rapid fire)) as Swift's attacks on Tara grew more fierce. Senisra just laughed as she called up a shield to ward off the attacks (molton armor) though one arrow grazed her arm. "You shouldn't have done that dear. Now you're making me angry." she told the hunter as she threw a fireball at her.

Nyrali grunted as Ambrosia attacked her again, the poison seeping through her armor. With a grunt she tried to turn and smash her shield into the rogue's face.

((Not sure what's been going on with the army atm so I'm going to leave it for now))

Magna - Camp

Arbennig began to whine from the pain

He kept pulling at the shard, trying to rip it off Batlek's wrist.

Magna looked around. He felt the pain in his spirit bond, "Arbennig..."

Azunara and Kozri
Azuremyst

Kozri felt fuzzy and exhausted, like someone had bashed him upside the head. Seeing the arrow embedded in his shoulder made it pretty clear what happened though, and he forced himself upright. He was going to slaughter Myri when he had the chance. He watched her get attacked, and snarled, leaving her to deal with whatever she had to deal with. That was her problem now, not his. He whirled to find Batlek, charging. Azunara howled, trying to get him to move away. "Koz, just go. He'll break the shard before you guys get it. Just run, you're outnumbered now! You too, Arbennig. I'll be fine!"

General Cult
Azuremyst

The raptor turned to face the charging rogue, unleashing its bolt at him. Kozri snarled, taking it and stopping in his tracks as the lightning went through his system. Tara snarled at Swift, realizing she couldn't do much against him. Instead, she whistled, calling a few Cult beasts to her aid. A ice serpent and a plague bat went after the fox, using attacks with their respective abilities. Vin howled in pain, flapping his wings high and shaking himself, dazed.

Batlek and Lightfur, Azuremyst

Batlek snarled, unwilling to let the beast get away with the powerful shard. The mist condensed as, once again, file pulsed out from his body in waves. ((Hellfire)) The rope holding the shard was frayed and weakened by the biting. As fire surrounded him, he moved his other hand to reach towards the shard, ready to use it as soon as the corehound let go. The pain of the fire and other attacks was hampering his mind's speed, but he knew Lightfur would continue to heal him.

Lightfur healed Batlek again ((Regrowth/Rejuvenation)) before shifting forms, turning into a bear. The vine-laden beast charged at the ice block to try and break it again.

Magna - Camp

Arbennig began to shudder. The pain was getting to be too much

Cori - Cultist Camp

The ice shattered as the bear crashed into it, an unconscious Cori rolling out of it.

Batlek, Azuremyst

The rope broke. Batlek heard it and growled again, eyes alight. There was no way he was losing the shard to some scaled mutt! Green sparks lit up in both palms. The mist closed in on them and then launched towards the corehound, putting an image of terror into the corehound's mind as well as stealing health for Batlek. ((Death Coil))
