Woot, exalted with my guild! Finally!

I have a gun that sounds like bow.

I took one of my legally prescribed Vicodin recently. Thats enough reason to be happy. I was also given 2 refills on it. Even more happy.


This is all legal and for my back pain! I'm not a druggie! But I can still appreciate the warm, fuzzy feeling that these drugs give you.

I went to see Studio Ghibli's Arrietty today in the NZ film festival and it was wonderful! So pretty and well animated. That cat was so win <3

Home alone all day. Yay. :3

Helped ANOTHER hunter tame Deth'tilac today! /happy dance

I love helping hunters tame this pet. They're so happy to get him and so happy that someone else is saccing their pet to help his health drop so they don't have to worry about kiting and rezzing their pet.

Got the "Epic" achievement today. One piece off from "Cataclysmically Epic", too. Also joined a new guild; small and low-level, but seems to be comprised of intelligent players with an interest in seeing more of the game. So, hopeful!

While alt-tabbed, I hear the warning sound for my HP being low and come back to see this...


All I could do was to watch as my HP was balancing itself at 1-2% for a brief moment before starting to go up again... Made my day. I consider myself rather lucky now, having survived Deathwing even though I flew literally through him.

Edit: that's a lot of instakills. <.< I'm just going to assume he can't kill you if you're on a taxi ride.

Well, I lost Karkin, but I saw Deth up and nobody was there. I ended up whispering my Horde guild master and got on my dwarf to help him tame. That was fun. ^.^

It's like, 8 in the morning, and I'm eating cheesecake. Okay! What a delicious way to start my morning.

I usually don't post about tame stories, but I had a fun time nabbing Ban'thalos yesterday. Saw him flying above untouched. Luckily I was able to have him kill me 4 times before finally figuring out better mechanics.

Shot, i waited till i got VERY close to the ground to hit my Flexweave Underlay (otherwise you're in the air too long and he'll kill you). Hit deterrance, then trap, then Ban fell into the trap with a good 8,000 health left on my guy

Some Alliance (i'm horde) just summoned a hunter friend of theirs too. I think they weren't happy

Ban is very pretty, but its a funny Glitch on the Character Selection screen with my Goblin (Ban's wings flap behind the background and then in front of the background)

Holy heck was tonight awesome. After having a slight meltdown, I went and logged onto WoW and decided to play my poor neglected Draenei Priest on The Venture Co.

While questing, a Paladin asked in general chat if anyone wanted to join him for the group quest near the all the demons in the north of HFP. I said I'd go. The Pally was lvl 62, while I was only lvl 59, but we managed to duo the quest with ease. Not only that, but a rare spawn literally spawned RIGHT behind us afterwards, so we both got the achievement for killing one. We then went on to kill the demons in that area for the quest, which was stupidly easy. As we were running back to town, he asked if I wanted to join his guild, which is a casual pve and pvp guild, and I went "To heck with it", and joined, since I'd been wanting to find a guild for my Priest. Not only was this Paladin really really nice, the guild is too! After we went and turned in the quests, a higher lvl member of the guild dropped by with some gear from the guild bank and 100 gold to give to me. The Paladin said that it was nice to see some of the stuff in the gbank go to people since there was so much in there. And jeez, was I just floored by that. Not only did I manage to randomly find a nice person while questing, but I found probably the nicest guild EVER. Turns out this Pally also loves playing Hunters, so that was an obvious yay moment. Not only that, but we ended up talking about how much we loved Outland and how fun Halaa was back in the day. And according to him, the guild has a bunch of old school people like that, so I'm REALLY happy I joined this guild. (I mean, I only started a few months before Burning Crusade, but that counts too, right? XD) And for the last half an hour I think, me and the Pally just went around doing quests, whether he actually had the quests or not.

So yeah. Tonight I got my Priest to lvl 60, met some really really nice people and joined an amazingly nice guild. Whoo!

Kirix...I never knew how awesome you were until today. I had no desire to tame you, but as I went to go make a pass looking for Skarr, I almost ran face first into you. I then had the pleasure of trying to find you a home and watching you kill a great many non-hunter jerks (actually had a Horde DK /wait at me for him to kill the spider). You finally found a home with a nice night elf hunter and I hope you will be happy there. I look forward to seeing your future spawns and all the corpses of the mean people you kill because my bf and I enjoyed it immensely.

Several things!

1. SUPER. STREET. FIGHTER. FOUR!

2. New colored sharpies. This wouldn't usually be a big deal but I LOOOOOOOVE coloring with markers. These are really high-quality for $4 Dollar General markers, and I am hugely pleased. People seem so amazed that you can blend sharpies, of all things, but it's mostly due to how smoothly these things color. Seriously, I'm amazed.

3. Dad is bringing home a power adapter for my USB hub so I can FINALLY plug my scanner, tablet and headphones into my new computer!
