So it seems that not only do I like pally healing in PvP, but I'm actually pretty good at it. I'm excited about this; I finally feel like I've found my place in PvP healing. As much as I like playing a hunter in PvP, there's something special about healing instead, so this is a big deal to me. ^_^

Some other things are coming together as well, so I'm generally feeling happier about my place in the world. :D

I know what you mean Kalli. I love doing WG, but it's just that much more fun if I'm doing it on a healer than when I grab my hunter or feral druid. :)

Grats to everybody!

My accomplishment? I finished up some new additions to my portfolio and got it up on my website, so now I can OFFICIALLY start sending out more job applications and hopefully nail something this time.

I am hopeful. :D

Thanks guys :D

Continuing on that line of thought, I worked very hard today and fixed up my demo reel a little more, then got about 7 applications to promising game and animation companies out. With several others researched to check back on, too. I feel super productive and it makes me happeh :D

My baby Warlock on Tarren Mill dinged 30 last night - which makes her my first "high level" Alliance toon that's not a Draenei or Night Elf. :P I'm loving the PVP on her, and dungeons are a breeze too - Demonology is so much fun! Tank got killed? Pop Fel Domination, summon Blueberry, Sacrfice and spam Rain of Fire until either you or the mobs are dead. ;)

That's awesome, Golden :D I always have a hard time with locks, so I can totally feel the accomplishment there!

For me, Silinrul finally got an upgrade on her gun! She's been using this gun for MONTHS, because I've never had any luck on drops. But today I ran H TOC and got True-Aim Long Rifle (lol wowhead went down in between my two look-ups).

Anyway, I'm very pleased with this little upgrade :D Not only that, with 9 more badges Silinrul'll be able to get a trinket upgrade! So excited :D

There's nothing quite like a ranged weapon upgrade. Warms the cockles of my hunter heart. ;) Congrats on the excellent weapon! :D

Azu got a better trinket. Forge Ember compared to her crappy Medalion of Heroism. Okay, both are crappy. Cut me some slack. She also got alchemy to 350! WHOO!

And grats to Epicfail on the pretty laserwolf :D

As for me, last night I was finally able to buy Silinrul's trinket ^_____^ All I need now is a new pair of boots and I'll have the 'superior' achievement, whoo!

I just finished the Warlock quest for the Enchanged Gold Bloodrobe - at 33! \o/ It was quite a pickle to kill some of those lv38-39 Fire Elementals, but fun nonetheless. ^^

Even though I have the Heirloom robe, I still wanted to finish this just for the accomplishment's sake.

Hehe, I'm giggling here. While tweaking my main's UI in Dalaran, I got a whisper from a Surv Hunter (GS shows him at 5.4k, but some of his gear pieces were.. bad :P), asking if I'd just dinged 80 or why I was specced BM. After telling him that I play whatever I enjoy and BM is very competitive if played well, he asked me to run a random Heroic with him to see which one of us would do more damage.

After some waiting we get a group - in Halls of Stone. I end up doing more dps in almost every fight with my Devilsaur, so just before the timed encounter I switch to my lv77 oil wolf to level him up a bit - and still pretty much keep kicking ass for the rest of the instance. :P At the last boss I was doing 6.2k dps (still with the 77 Wolf), while the other Hunter was at 4.4k.

After the instance I end up getting lots of praise from the Hunter. :) Makes me happy to be able to prove people wrong about BM sucking.

That's neat! Awesome :D

At least he didn't give you crap about it afterwards or try to make excuses. "WELL, my gear's worse!" "WELL, you just got lucky." "Recount is broken." "YOU CHEATED." Etc.

It's nice to see people able to 'lose' gracefully. And maybe he'll have fun trying out BM now too :)

Very nice, Saf. :) I love kicking arse as BM just cause it's such a total affront to all those "must spec such and such" people.

I agree, it's great that he didn't immediately make excuses. :)

Indeed. He actually told me that he has a habit of lying about his numbers just to look better, but this time he wanted to admit that he had met his match. I got the feeling that I really earned his respect. ^^
