Exactly, and once I passed 1,000, well, if I give up now the last few weeks have been a waste of time. So now I'm not allowed to stop. x___x

I finally finished hatching the rest of the Seviper eggs. There weren't anymore shinies, sorry, guys. x_x

*flips desk* So upset atm. Was finally on the E4 and got to Diantha. I was fighting her Gardevoir and had my last mon up and tried to use a hyper potion on him. I got the message "That item had no effect!" and she KO'd him. I'm SO. MAD. OMG. Like. Really? That's such bullshit. *weeps*

Out of the Safari, but still! A shiny Slugma

Edit: ... <snort> AND I was catching Ponyta to breed with my Gogoat... pretty sure I didn't have any of my infected Pokemon with me, but one has Pokerus. I seriously caught a Pokerus pokemon AND a shiny in one round of Safari? Damn, better buy a lottery ticket.

Re subbed the pokebank cause I'm running out of room in one game and needed some mons from the other for the shiny charm.
It was working fine last night but today my 3ds can't get a solid connection with the wireless. Both computers can connect just fine since they use physical cables but the wireless just turns on for a few seconds then cuts out.

I've had nothing but trouble with the box since we got it...

Multiple resets later, I finally manage to get it to connect. Hate this box so much.

So I decided to go for a shiny Sylveon as my Eeveelution. All my Pokemon stuff is of Sylveon and I did fall head over heels for it so why not. I'm hoping to breed a male who will be known as Rhae after Rhaegar Targaryen from Game of Thrones. They both tamed dragons yeah? XD

So my question is.. What's a good nature for Eevee if you'd want to make it Sylveon? What's a really good move set for Sylveon? My first play through Pokemon X my Sylveon carried my team with random moves. I also need to find an Eevee with it's hidden ability to give Sylveon ITS hidden ability correct?

Again if anyone can, please let me know. I'm off to try to bear the E4 AGAIN. *glares at Diantha*

Shiny Sylveon is gorgeous! And the best nature for one would be Sassy (+ special defense, - speed) since Sylveon's mostly special defensive and doesn't need to be very fast. I really like Draining Kiss and Dazzling Gleam for moves, myself. And yes, you'll need to have an Eevee with Anticipation (it's hidden ability) for a Sylveon with Pixilate, which turns Normal-type moves into the Fairy-type. I hope that helps!

I have several ha eevees if you can trade. No shiny ones but i have both males and females.

Does anyone know anyone with a ditto friend safari? Starting to want to breed perfect IV pokemon, and Dittos will make that a lot easier.

Ha! Several are sassy because I've been trying to breed a sassy/somewhat vain shiny male. Didn't know that was a good nature, just wanted him to name after a Saints Row character.
I have two females and 15 males with Anticipation. They all know Tackle, Tail Whip, Covet, and Yawn. I can send one of the females if you like. That way you can get a male pokemon for egg moves. The hidden ability has a chance but isn't automatic.
From Serebii.net "If the father has got the Hidden Ability, there is a small chance that the offspring will also have their Hidden Ability. However, this only works if you are breeding with a Ditto."
The hatchling's gender is random but eevees are mostly male anyway (87.5% vs. the female's 12.5%).

About what time will you be able to get online?

The gender will always be random no matter what, nothing can influence the gender, though Eevees tend to be more commonly male. I believe the female has a higher chance of passing on the Hidden Ability, but nothing can 100% ensure it. For Sylveon, I tend to go for Modest. It's sp. defense is high, but lowering speed is something I'd never do personally. And since it's attack stat is basically useless... yeah. But HA Eevees can be found in Friend Safaris. You guys have probably got this all covered now though so I'll just stfu~ xD

Okies. I guess a female would be better then. I'm just a ditz on natured even though they make sense. I'd prefer a male but I have Dani as a back up name if she's female. What are all the natured that you do have? I'll check and see if I have you and add you and then you can add me back. I won't have internet until Wednesday to trade them over though. It's very kind of you either way! If the females can pass along the HA that's what I'd really love. Sylveons HA is amazing in my opinion.

People have been saying that the shiny chance in Friend Safaris is really high, maybe 1/300 or 1/500? Has anyone seen enough shinies from Safaris to confirm this perhaps?

I will say that the only two shinies I've ever found have both been in friend safari's. I'd say that's probably REALLY accurate. I found one in my boyfriends and one in Chimera's boyfriends safari.

Edit - YAY BEAT THE E4! Bad news is I can't until the third mon in anyone's safari until Wednesday if they're online when I am.. Having no net sucks. Guess it's Eevee breeding for me. /flop.

If it's that high, I must have HORRIBLE luck. xD So much shiny farming in safaris... Not a single shiny yet.

I do have to say, the only 'accidental' shiny I've found was in a Friend Safari, and it was a shiny Gastrodon so donotwant. I was watching a YouTuber who hunts for shinies primarily in safaris and the longest they've spent hunting for one was about 14 hours I think? That's a while, but all their others came within a couple of hours. I knew the chances from the safaris were meant to be good, but woah... I might go activate all the safari Pokemon from the people on my friend list I haven't got yet and see if anything pops up, that's how I got a Gastrodon. x'D
